Jun 26, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved First when I logged a complaint with Consumer Complaints website, I received a reply to the complaint from Idea Customer Care for details.
Then I shared details of the Pre-Paid number.
After 4-5 working days Idea Customer Care person called and said that your queries have been resolved and my number started working. | |

I purchased new idea sim card on 16/6/2017and the number is [protected].I submitted all documents (aadhaar card and photo). More than one week till now not activated...what I do?

Not able to.activate idea prepaid connections 59059 no is not in services so please confirm if there is, any other option on my alternate no [protected]
My cell no [protected] is prepaid customer I had ported from Vodafone to idea but I m trying to active my SIM by dialling 59059 by it not connected and in true caller it's show 59059 number as aitel store I m nt understand what going on. I m now helpless in midnight were should go to activate my SIM.
