Idea Recharge — RECHARGE MONEY

Dear Sir,
As i am sure that I got a call from idea cellular and i am also using the idea number [protected], I recharged with 49 Rs. in which the call told that you will get full talktime. So, i did not get the full talktime and now i called 4 times in customer care i talked with payal shah, palak, bhavik and tabrez ansari, all they are not ready to give me the right information and also they were not ready to take my request or complain. Now the all representatives are telling that you did not get a cal from company and you are not elligible for this 49/- scheme. So, where is my balance or from whom i can get back my 49 Rs. Please guide me because the IDEA people not even ready to give refund or any normal talktime for that recharge. My question is where is my 49/- from to whom i can get it back?
