I also have money invested in the same comples and have not received any status.
The project is not going as planned and the construction has been lot slower.
Now I learn that there is apublic notice whereby the POA given to IDEB has been cancelled.

We refute the charges as mentioned in your post, hence this response.

Firstly, we could not fetch your name from the list of our clients in VT !!!

Secondly, we could not trace any transaction worth USD $ 200, 000 in the account statement of all the Villagio Toscana customers.

Thirdly, in case you are not aware, IDEB Projects has five projects in Pune. And each project is operational, and managed by an able team of professionals.

Request you to make responsible statements in the open forum, and not misguide others.

We are seeking a legal advice against the posts which are not substantiated with the facts.

I agree with Ashwani. I was pleasantly surprised upon seeing the plastering work getting over of my unit in C block. Keep up good work.

The work at the mentioned site is going on . Infact Mr Bedi, the CMD along with his entire team are meeting customers every weekened at the site office . A time schedule for the completion of project has been shared with the customers .The company addressing all customers issues and queries . We are all very hopeful that the deadlines given out by the company now shall be met and the project will be fully completed by feb 2011...

I am a customer from Bangalore Springville project. There is absolutely no progress in this project. Last two visits I did not even find the security folks around. God only knows when will that happen.

dIdeb is just cheating its customers the work at Villagio Tosana is moving very slowly .. All communication addressed to the company officails is unanswered .. i dont know where this project is heading for . A sincere advice ideb is out to cheat customers beware ..

We had a meeting with Mr.BEDI at site on 31st Aug'10. He personally has promissed to complete the proect phase wise, Hope all the Customers of the Villagio Toscana has received the letter in this regard.

As Undestood from him the FSI Sanction is getting delayed and he want to complete the other works like compond wall, rood, entry gate, tailing etc. We have agreed to pay 1% of the due amonut on completion of each activty at site. Hope we all agree for this

With this we hope BEDI will keep his words and make sure that, all we get our home (House). He is good and hope he will keep his words. Any one want to share your view with me please do write to me on "[protected]@plustech.co.in" I will update you the status of Project.

Ok so here I am again and my dad is still waiting for his retirement home! So these are not false accusations, as proclaimed by Mr. Aseem. Anyways it turns out that IDeb sold the 6th and 7th and 8th floor with out a permit to build over the fifth floor. What cheats!!!

Can someone explain business ethics to this company. Why sell without permits???

The work progress is too little to give any confidence. Hope IDEB pays interest as agreed w.e.f. 1st Feb.

There is NO PROGRESS as per last meeting with Mr.BEDI on 31st Aug'10.

I have not met him after that, any one had an Update please up date all o[censored]s.

IDEB is not completing the work as per the plan given to all o[censored]s. Even Mr.Badi is Not visiting site!!!

IDEB is just interested in taking money. As they have got 85% from C block, they have stopped work there and now cheating block A, B and D customers. They are just out to cheat customers.

Any word yet??

I completely agree. IDEB has fleeced customers in Banglore and Pune. This company has gone bankrupt and banks have invoked security against company and filed criminal case of against Bedi personaly.

We need to mobilise all o[censored]s to fight against this company.

Let us all appoint a very strong lawyer and file a case against Bedi and IDEB. Even Saddam Hussain was bought to justice, what is IDEB and Bedi?
