IDEB has a project Whitefield in Bangalore called Tivoli...The project started in 2006 and the company (IDEB Parkway holding) have sold more than100 flats to people promising possession in 2007 and 2008.But the company has been delaying construction and even thgough all the buyershave paid more than 80% of the sale consideration, the construction and registration of the project is not underway. Various public notices have been filed but the Company nor its MD - HS Bedi, have responded.The copany office, based in Sigma Tech Park, Bangalore, just has a few staff left and none of these people answer any of the questions posed by the buyers nor provide information on where the Directors like Bedi or Gajra can be contacted. Legal Notices have gone unanswered,Just Dial numbers are always in the busy tone and even the project loans sactioned by banks like HDFC have been defaulted. The builder - IDEB and Parkway- owned by HS Bedi and Gajra are still walking free trying to cheat more people despite complaints.This further points to a strong political and illegal nexus between various banks and statutory bodies which have choosen to keep quite . This further points to the sad fact that the laws of the country are there only to protect rich and powerful while the common man gets easily cheated of their hard earned money and savings by such fraudulent builders. What is the status of Parkway Trivoli now?. I have checked out a 3 BR flat (Resale) today and the sales guy promised procession within 1-2 months. Is it advisable to purchase a flat in this project?.

Well I checked the property couple of weeks back and they said possession in 3 months. Not sure if its ever going to come through.
Pl let me know the status of the project. I have recently visited and no one has moved in the apartments though they looked ready to occupy. Any inputs pl. I am interested in taking a 2 BHK there for resale
Story is still same. Builder has not yet given the possession and there is no sign for move-in in next few mths. It looks they don't want to complete this project. If you go to the site it'll look like a deserted place. Although they have done some registrations but have not given any written commitments on possession date. So better look for some other project.
I am a prospective buyer and visited the site today, It still looks like a deserted place and very few occupants. Anyone who has an apartment there can confirm the status of the Project. Any advise to buy there?
I visited the Tivoli Apartment last week. Got a chance to talk to few of the residents there. They are highly frustrated with the ongoing progress in the apartment. Builder has almost stopped working on the site and it looks they are not in a mood to complete this project.
More of it, except flat layout I didn't find anything positive in this project for the investment. You`ll surprise to know that there is no children's play area. Tiles used for walking ramp and drive way are worst in quality. Even third grade builders can give better quality than Tivoli. Got to know that builder has denied exterior wall painting, extending the height of Boundary wall which is only 4 feet. God knows how Tivoli residents are managing.
So my friend, better you look for any other apartment and forget Tivoli as I have decided. I have seen some other good projects close to Tivoli, like Mera Homes, Samudra and planning for Mera Homes.

I am a resident @ Tivoli and going through with what has been mentioned by rdk2001 above. The builder has no sympathy to our inconvenience and demanding unreasonable money for maintenance without given any accounts of spending OR willing to talk.
He is not willing to talk to buyers/ residents to resolve any issue and practically no construction work is going on... I have hundreds of photos to show the poor quality work or no work but I do not think it is needed.

Does anybody have contact details of Mr Gajra . I have filed a case of cheating against Parkway Tivoli but there is no was to connect with Mr Gajra as he has shifted his office from the registered office on Richmond Road.
