[Resolved]  Idp Ielts — Cancellation of test

I have result of ielts on 19 may 2012. The test result was delayed and after one month test was cancelled.
And again I give exam on 1 September and still exam result is delayed. I am afraid that they will again cancel the exam. I really donor understand problem of Idp, why they are delaying and then cancelling the exams. Please help someone.
