I purchased a fully automatic washing from IFB in Dec 2011.On August 16,2012 the machine stoped working so I lodged a complaint on 17Aug.The technician came on 18th and told that the machine will be repaired within 5 days.For the next two months the harrasment I met from IFB people is not explainable.It was only after I sent a notice to their head office at Calcutta warning them of going to the consumer court that the machine was repaired.The machine was under warranty.
So I request all the consumers against buying IFB products.Their service as well as the products are very inferior in quality.
