[Resolved]  IFB Industries — IFB Senorita Vx 6 Kg- Rotating Drum Hits Stable Part During Start/ End of Spin

Hi, Recently, I have bought IFB Senorita Vx 6 Kg Washing Machine under exchange offer by placing order directly at IFB's website. I have exchanged my old IFB washing m/c with Senorita Vx. Today is 29th Sep' 2013. My new Senorita Vx is installed on 26th Sep' 2013. So far I have gone through 4 washes and in each wash machine is making noise at the start and end of Spin Cycle. Noise is in the form of 'Tak-Tak-Tak' as if it's rotating drum is hitting some other part within washing m/c. It seems IFB has delivered some sub-standard product.
