Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing to inform you that how I am bitterly disappointed with the unkind attitude of the IFB service department. The facts of the case are as follows.....
I complained about my washing machine Senorita DX problems and registered my complaint. My complaint no. is 11430652 and Customer ID is 1550203 .The Service people from IFB came and they switch on the IFB and that time it works and they had advised to replace the bearing and they had replaced it exchange of huge amount of service charge and . The very next day we faced the same power problem ,again we had complain against that & the service people came and told that the problem is in the motherboard.
I could not understand that whether this is the other way of earning money may be there sales has been decreased. We are facing problem in regular interval after buying the washing m/c.
I am also writing with a heavy heart after a long wait. Moreover, the lethargic and unkind attitude of the IFB service department has caused me mental stress and inconvenience as I am not able to use the machine for a long time.
I appeal to you will personally look into this complaint and take necessary actions at the earliest.
