[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — most unprofessional service | |
my three month old ifb wahing machine has not been working for the past 20+ days...i lodged a complaint immediately and made repeated calls to get someone to take a look at it...the worst part being that the person would attend my call and say he was on his way to my place i would cancel all other programmes only to give him a call after 2hrs...sorry madam not possible today... finally after 18days of the intial complaint somebody came in to look at the machine...thats it he said some parts have to be changed no expaination as to y it happened when it would be fixed...am still waiting...the regional office, the service manager nobody picks the calls Was this information helpful? | |

I made an agreement of AMC vide No. 95203 on 27.11.1008. two complaints were lodged, attended but the problem has not been rectified by the IFB authorised service engeeneers. now i am tryoing to get the complaint registered with the helpline but no response is there. i have been mentally harashed and tortured by these service people. you are requested to look into it and get my washing machine set right.

LAST WEEK IT HAS SOME PROBLEM TO WORK. SO I BOOKED A COMPLAINT TO YOUR CONSUMER CENTRE. THE BOOKING NO. IS 3138022.
A SERVICE ENGINEER CAME FROM YOUR IFB AUTHORISED CENTRE SRI VARSHINI ENTERPRISES. THEY CHECKED AND TOLD TO ME SOME RABIT
WAS BITTEN THE TIMER PART SO IT WAS NOT ABLE TO WORKING CONDITION AND PRESSOSTATE PART WAS FAILIER SO HE ADVICED TO DELEVERY
OUR SERVICE CENTRER.BUT WE TOLD HIM TO CHANGE THE PARTS HERE ONLY BUT HE REPLIED IT IS NOT POSSIBLE. SO IDELEVERIED THE W/MACHINE
TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE. HE RETURNED TO ME ON 16.06.09. AND TOLD ME THE TIMER AND PRESSOSTATE HAS CHANGED. THE SERVICE BILL ICR
NO; 1. THE INVOICE VALUE IS 3113.00 RS.I PAID THE BILL. MEANTIME I ASKED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS BUT HE TOLD ME WE DONT GIVE ANY
REPLACEMENT PARTS TILL NOW. IF YOU WANT TO RECEIVED THESE REPLACEMENT PARTS YOU PAY MORE 400.00 RS ADDITIONALLY. THEN I ACCEPTED
AND ALSO PAID AND RECEIVED THE REPLACEMENT PARTS. BUT NOW THE PROBLEM IS HE CHEATING ME BECAUSE HE DIDNOT CHANGE ANY PARTS IN
W/MACHINE. I CHECKED THE ALL PARTRS ARE SAME. THE RABBIT BITTED PART OF THE TIMER PLACE ALSO NOT CHANGED. I CHECKED THE GIVEN
REPLACEMENT PART OF TIMER. IT IS NOT FOR THISMACHINE BECAUSE I NOTED THE TIMER MODEL NO. AND MANUFACTURING DATE.BEFORE TO
DELEVERY TO THE SERVICE CENTRE.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTTED FOR IFB SERVICE. NOW I NEED TO KNOW WHAT ACTION WILL BE TAKE BY YOUR AUTHORISE. OR WE WILL TAKE SOME
