THIS IS TO INFORM TO ALL GENERAL PUBLIC THAT THE IFB MANUFACTURED WASHING MACHINE'S CHIP IS GOES OUT OF ORDER IT HAS TO BE REPLACED AND THERE IS NO REPAIR FACILITY BY THE COMPANY. REPEATED E MAILS TO THE COMPANY IS UNANSWERED. tHE COMPANY IS INVESTING CRORES OF RUPEES ON R&D AND THEIR COMPANY R&D IS NOT ABLE TO REPAIR ITS OWN MANUFACTURED CHIPS. THE CHIP IS COSTING AROUND 4500/- AND MAY GO WRONG ANYTIME BECAUSE OF THE HIGH VIBRATION OF THE MACHINE DURING THE WASH. NARASIMHA MOORTHY T [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? Thats's True. This is how they earn revenue by selling spare parts. There is no option of repairing these PCB's. Everyone should consider this fact while deciding on the washing machines. The service and repairs of IFB is very costly and one should not just go by the name of IFB.
Choose other options which is easily serviceable.
