Sir, I bought one IFB Elite washing machine from Nandilath G Mart, Trivandrum on 18th October 2008. When I called for installation they where asking for some facilities for installation in an irritating manner. I called them after making tha facilities on tha after noon if 24th Ocober. I am residing with in the city and thay were tellimg tat they cannot come on tha same day. Till date (27 th ocober 2008) it is not installed I wonder how your after sales service will be.I have the following question which you need to answer. 1. If this is your standard of service why you are advertising 24x7 service? 2. Why You are keeping such kind of staff who are speakimg in a rude manner? 3. Whwn I can get my washing machine installed I am going th make a complaint to the consumer redrassal forum, if it is not installed today. regards Nandakumar Was this information helpful? I bought the IFB Washing Machine on 27th Dec '08 in T-Nagar Vasanth & Co., but still no one has come for Instalation of the machine. Can you pl send by today eveing 7PM.
