I HAVE RECENTLY PURCHED A NEW DIGITAL 7KG MACHINE. DUE TO FLUCTUATIONS IN CURRENT I ASKED FOR A STABILIZER WHICH WAS BOUGHTAT MY HOME AND WRONGLY CONNECTED BY THE IFB TECHNICIAN. DUE TO THIS MY MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IT USED TO TAKE 4 TO5 HOURS FOR ONE MACHINE TO WASH CLOTHES THE CLOTHES NEVER USED TO GET WASHED AND SPIN DRY. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY I USED TO GET SHOCK IN MY FULL KITCHEN AREA BECAUSE THE STABILIZER WAS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY. I CALLED THE IFB SERVICE IN MARGAO-GOA BUT NO CALLS WERE ANSWERED FINALLY I GOT THROUGH THEM TODAY AND THE IFB TECHNICIAN CAME TODAY THE FAULT WAS DICOVERED NEARLY AFTER 5 DAYS. WHAT IF SOMETHING HAD HAPPEND LIKE THE CHILDREN GOT A SHOCK IN THE KITCHEN WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE???????????? WHAT KIND OF TECHNICIANS DOES THE COMPANY EMPLOY?????????? WHAT IF MY MACHINE BLEW UP WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE?????THE TECHNICIAN WHO WAS SENT TODAY HAS RECTIFIED THE STABILIZER BUT MY MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY!!! Was this information helpful? |
