Yes i agree with Kisan sahani, because my ifb washing machine under AMC, same problem with me from 14th july 2009 to till.now i also request to my friends NOT GO FOR IFB.because company not taking care of costmers. my complain no 3258254 dt.14th july o9, three visit done but result nill.

mr managing director you sure are smart in cheating your customers and your service people follow you and your thoughts without mistakes i am sure this message will not reach you because of what you have taught your people my washing machine is not working and i have complained nearly 25 times will you stop being shameless and see that the machine starts working from call canter to your service people they all are a bunch of crooks i see your bankruptcy the way you ar going very near

My IFB washing machine is giving trouble from the purchase of 1 year itself, we are keep on calling them for the service but they are not coming, after I contacted ifb care they came @ 1 time after that they are not even picking the call, if picking the call also they are not coming, my mom is an hart patient she is not able to wash her cloths that’s why I bought this but there is no use ……

I complained on 8 th july but today is 20th july till today the problem is not resolved. yours consumer care promised to solve the problem in 24 hours after the booking of the problem, but sorry to say I am the most dissatisfied customer of the IFB. for the kind information the machine was bought just before 6 months.
