I too am a sufferer.
I too applied for IFCI bonds by paying Rs 20, 000/- and got my NCD's on my D'mat Account.
But my employer is asking for Tax saving certificate.
It is required to get the Feb' salary
There is nobody to issue the certificate.
whom to ask, How to get it

I am also a sufferer.
I too applied for IFCI bonds by paying Rs 20, 000/- to my agent M/s Bluechip investments, Thane branch.Though my agent could only give me acknowledge receipt of Rs.20, 000, he keeps only promising that the certificates have started being issued and that i would receive the same in a weeks time.
Now almost 3 weeks have passed from his committed date.

Certificate Not Received
I have bought infrastructure bond of Rs. 20000 (4 infrastructure bonds valuing 5000 each) on 31st December, 2010.
It was told that I will be receiving the acknowledgement instantly but the certificate takes maximum 1 month to reach the permanent address.
Its more than that and I am yet to receive the certificate. I need it urgently as I have to submit to my employer to claim Tax Benefit. While contacted their Regional Offices at Kolkata they are just giving me some numbers and asking to contact at Delhi. And after calling their they are listening to the issue and is keeping the call on hold or transferring to some number which is not getting picked. How do I get the certificate as to claim Tax Beneafit I need to submit the certificate(s) to my employer on or before March 4, 2011. Even I have sent them mail to [protected]@ifciltd.com on 17th Feb but no response yet.

IFCI — IFCI infrastructure bonds

IFCI infrastructure bonds have been subscribed which have a closing date 3-1-11.
The bonds have been successfully credited to my D-mat Account.
But I need a Tax exemption certificate, which is required to submit to IT department & to my employer.
It is mondatory for all the Govt employees to submit their proofs of saving along with their pay bills for the month of Feb
Hence kindly suggest me - How to get the tax saving certificate.

I am also suffering from the same problem. I too applied for infrastructure bond of Rs. 20000 (4 infrastructure bonds valuing 5000 each) on 8th Jan, 2011. Based on my complaint to maninder.[protected]@ifciltd.com on Feb 11th, 2011, I got a response that I will get it with in 2 weeks. Since I have not received it yet, I have complied it again to her but this time there is no response. I also sent my compliant to [protected]@beetalfinancial.com, [protected]@ifciltd.com on Mar 2nd and from their end, there is no response. I tried to contact the phone number[protected] for post allotment, it was either busy continuosly for hours or, even if I get it, the answer will "system is slow or not working" or luch hours, etc. Now the question is to whom we need to complaint?. They are making fun of this after collecting our money

I have bought ifci infra bond series II Rs-20000/- on 10/01/2011 through karvy stock broking siliguri my application no -2301425.But till date certificate not yet receipt by me.

I have applied for 4 infrastructure Bondof IFCI and deposited a Cheque of Rs 20,000 only on 4th January 2011 but so for I have not received any reply to my quaries send by E-mail.Application No is2920676 dated 04/01/2011.Web site of the comany complaint no is B[protected].

Yes, i'm another sufferer of this whole chaos and now i'm sure that IFCI is not being able to issue bond certificates to its customers.
Can anybody let me know the procedure to approach consumer court for launching a formal complaint against them.
Can this be done ONLINE..?

All o[censored]s should unite together and ask for compensation from IFCI towards mental disturbance caused by their act.

With reference to above I have to say that I have purchased the said IFCI infrastructure bond in the month of 12/2010. Around end of March I have received a letter from you given the details of my bond and mentioning particulars about mention of nominee.
I have submitted the dully filled application regarding the nomination through the UPC. Through your previous latter I know the details of my bond as in the letter.The details are as follows:-

3. Folio No- 2144408

4. Amount- Rs-20000.00

But till today I have not received the Original Bond.Since it is a long type investments & I have not received the said Bond so, Kindly look into the matter sympathetically and make arrangements so that I received my Bond.

I had applied for 04 nos. of bond on 06.01.2011 through form no. 1349369 and had made payment by cheque no. 289453 of PNB at par. Brokers name & code--ENAM Sub Broker code--121601. I have not recieved any document till date.

I purchased IFCI infra bond on 30th jan 2012 but not received any certificate from IFCI.My agent told that I will receive bond certificate within 1 month but no update yet.All my details are given to IFCI bond form submitted to bank.At least I can except a e-mail or SMS from IFCI regarding confirmation about certificate.

KARVY office gave a allotment letter with the same application number but allotment was issued to Mr. Alok Khatri on[protected].

any updates on this .. i havnt received any certificate from this bond

I had purchased IFCI Infrastructure bond of Rs.20, 000/- on 6/2/2012. Till date, I have not received my Original Infra Bonds. On checking with IFCI, I was told that the Original Bond Certificates were already couriered by them and given me the courler details. I personally went to each and every concerned Post offices in my area to check as per the Speed Post no. and date given by them. But I am told by every Post Office that there is no such document received by them. I am feeling so helpless with such evasive and irresponsibile conduct of IFCI office.
