[Resolved]  Iffco tokio car insurance for Maruti SX4 — cashless repair committed at the time of taking policy from iffco tokio gen insurance company

Car policy : 42492048 dt 24.04.09 Model maruti SX4

I have taken above mentioned car insurance policy (iffco tokio gen . insurance company) from Jamnagar branch Gujrat . At the time of issuing they committed for cashless repair in any maruti workshop. ON 14TH JUNE 2009, at Himmatnagar -samaliya ji Gujrat boarder accident taken place my family has been injurred . and I have handed over car to Kiran motor Himmatnagar Guj WORKSHOP. as kiran motors denied for cashless repair then i have again contact to Iffco tokio officer they agreed and committed ok we shall provide you cashless facility for repair ( Jamnagar reprsentative Sh Himanshu chauhan as well as Sh Jayesh dagli surveyor at ahmedabad ) they have agreed to provide cashless facility but today they have again taken u turn and denied to provide cashless repair. Inspite of sent six mail to iffco tokio they did not replied till today.
my car has been repaired and ready for delivery, but iffco tokio representatives not maintaining the committed business ethics in this competative market . Hence I request you Pl extend help in this regard to get cashless repair provi
