sir maine apni moter cycle ki insurance compney se 20.02.2008 ko insurence se insurance karvie thi meri moter cycle ki policy no. hai 38316701 hai mera motercycle no pbo8 ay 5360 hai mera moter cycle 28.08.2008 ko chori hua tha mujhe abhi tak claim nahi mila hai compney kahti hai ki last six montha se apki gile prossing main chal reha hai jab maine new dlhi main bar bar head office main fhon kiya to kabhi company ki officer hi nahi office atty to kabhi compney ki koi girl phone attand kar ke keh deti ki Mr. gupta ji nahi aye hai gupta ji ka mobile no [protected] maine punjab se phone kar kar ke apna 900 rupee ka bill bana liya hai kafi dino ke bad jab Gupta ji ne phone attand kiya to gupta ji ne keh diya hai ki apki file hamere seniar officer ke pass hai jab office se contect kiya giya to vo kahte hai ki apki file abhi bhi prossing main hai 10 ya 15 din lagege onka name parkash gupta hai m.n. [protected] parkash gupta ji ne chandigarh ka no.. de diya iffco-tokio insurance co is main hamara kasoor kya hai ager apki office din ber office ki larkio ke sath bussy rehty ho phone attand nahi karte hai lagta hai ki tum sab ki maa ki lan dene wala koi nahi hai salo pagal kar diya mujhe tum sab ne ager koi apni insurance iffco-tokio se karvata hai to vo apni sister ka yaar khud hi hoga

i want this policy no which branch issue in mumbai city, i loss my policy, my policy detail given below

3) validity : 8.04.2008 to 07.04.2009

i compliant for cliam honda stunner RJ-30 SC-3420 in iffo tokio on 29 oct. 2009 & the policy no. 39942539/1 & c.no. 39927552. the company appointed surver mr . surendra clara & he appointed her under mr jitendra mali. i meet mr . jitendra mali for 3-4 times for submitted the doucment to the surendra clara & he told that he submitted the doucement to mr clara. i submitted the doucement personly to meet mr. surendra clara to 3 and half month ago but the claim did not recive me.i have many of call for not reciving for claim but the company could not tallk to me i call for company for cliam for every day but there was nothing . i try to talk with cliam dep. they told that doucment not recive . some day i call back they told that doucment they recive i call back 7 day later i call back but call not recive b y company. sir i want to solution early becauce the claim was 38 thousand so i cannot wait because your company was many lated for my cliam what did i do for cliam which type of your company that customer could many of problem and could not soulion the complian.

IFFCO-TOKIO company chor hai. Customer ke saath dhokha karti hai. Nalayak surveyer naukri pe rakhe hai. Cusrtomer care per koi solution nhi hai. Service ke naam pe customer ko ulloo banati hai.
Agar koi custmet es mail ko ped rha hai toh alert ho jao or in future kabhi IFFCO TOKIO se insurance na karane ki kasam le lo or apne friends, relative ko bhi eske dhoke se bachaye.
