[Resolved]  Illegal Structure — Illegal Structure connivance with Building Dept of MCD.

Mr Raminder Singh, Building Contractor/Financing to builders/Army Food Suppliers/suppliers of gas ceylinders, etc and attorney/ resident of WZ - 10 (B) Top Floor, Road No. 10, Verinder Nagar, New Delhi- 110058 is at the final stage to complete his subject building connivance with Delhi Police. I know that officials of MCD nowadays are not ready to involve themselves in any illegal activities since the Commissioner has taken over the charge of Delhi but a few of them still don't want to improve their existing habits at any level. The undersigned brought several complaints in writing against the attorney of top floor but no action was taken to pressurize the third floor owner for repair and maintenance of flush system as well as seepage because that does not come under their purview but given permission to increase more structure/weight on the house of second floor owner even if the seepage increases more and more apart from generation of several problem which is adversely affecting to the neighbour who are living in front of our house at ground floor and on the backside of our house. He has connected the sewer line illegally which resulted unnecessary harassment to the owners living below his floors in the same building. The undersigned had informed well in time to the MCD for construction of new structure/room through RTI application, etc but no action was taken till date, the reason best known to the area in charge visiting frequently. The Four officials in the steel grey Car (Wagon R) also visited the top floor from the building department of MCD on yesterday (i.e. Saturday) and told me that they are going to take his class on Monday as they are having complete information from where Mr Raminder Singh has been taking building material not for this house but other houses which he has been constructing for the last four years. Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint and the time to be taken by you for redressal of grievance not in my interest but for the neighbour also.

Dear Sir,


I am a resident of RZ 18/2 Main Block Mahindra Park, Pankha Road, Uttam Nager, New Delhi. I wish to bring to your kind notice that there is an unauthorized construction going on in our locality which has made the life of the residents miserable. Mrs. Narinder Kaur owner of House no RZ- 18/2, Main Block Mahindra Park, Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110059 ( west ) along with builder Mr. Hemant Kumar Kaul R/o WZ – 610 2ND Floor, Shiv Nagar, New Delhi carrying out unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address. No official map is passed by the Municipal Corporation Delhi. This construction has developed serious crack in our house from the different walls, roof, & front side of Gate of our house (also at ground floor and Ist floor) posing to our life and house. The said Construction is also in violation of the building bye laws. I was complaint also in police Station Binda Pur Uttam Nagar, New Delhi – 110058.

In view of the facts mentioned above it is requested that directions may kindly be issued immediately to stop the construction and take the necessary Legal action.

one mr. shaik hyder siddiqui alias abid siddiqui is running illegal construction company. Not only that he is operated a huge sum of money in sbi nallakunta branch on his saving account and closed the account stating that he is shifting from hyderabad to banglore.

Not only that he does not pay any tax to the government and earning lot of black money. i request an immediate action.

This is regarding illegal construction in Flat No.A-30, Jangpura "B". Near Hotel Rajdoot, New Delhi-110014. A-30 is just a refugee flat (very old flats) but now, it has been converted into 5 storey building (2 flats on each floor - one MIG i.e. one drawing dining, two bed rooms, two bathrooms, one kitchen, and balcony + one LIG flat i.e. one drawing, one bed room, one bathroom, one kitchen and balcony). It has been constructed upto 4th floor (which is not allowed in residential colonies) on a very old and poor structure giving cracks to the ground floor i.e. Flat No. A-29. Sir, this building may fall any day even with a small shake of earthquake. Being a resident of A block, this is my duty to inform you about the danger in which A Block residents are living (some people are very old in their 80s or 90s). Whenever this building falls, it will take lives of atleast 50-60 people or even more as if it falls on the front side, the road is full of traffic 24 hrs. being near to Nizamuddin station. It is a great threat to our lives.



Sir, you are requested to get it inspected and sealed/demolished (or whatever action is required on the part of MCD) to save the lives of people and to avoid repitition of Lalita Park case.
Can we expect quick action from MCD or MCD waits for the disaster to happen first.
