i have a small doubt

in deducting TDS against 194A section interest other than interest on securities, i have been told to deducte 20% for the financial year 2009-10 if the recipient is other than individual and huF, Please clarify me in this regard

what is the correct TDS rate for the F.Y 2009-10

i have filled tax return 2009-10 .A refund of Rs 1815 was due but still i have not get that refund money .My PAN No is ABDPN 9198C Pse expedite SHIMLA .

On 23rd July 2010 I receieved an IT refund order for the assessment year[protected] through cheque. The details are provided below -

Tax refund reference number - XXXXXXXXXXX
Cheque number - XXXXXX

However the account number is printed wrong on the cheque. I double checked my IT return file documents to ensure that I have provided the right account number and this was clearly an error due to negligence from your side.


The printed account number is XXXXXXXXXXXX which is wrong.
My correct account number is XXXXXXXXXXX, which I stated while filing the return.

Please let me know what should I do so that you can correct the problem and ensure speedy return. How and when should I expect a fresh cheque and how long should I wait for the same?

DEAR SIR,
I sent a Form 49A (correction form) bearing application no.[protected] and coupon no.[protected] on 26/05/2010.
In response to which received a letter from UTI, Mumbai regarding PPC Objection on Sex mismatch and asked for proof on the month of July. I sent mobile bill for address proof and copy of SSC pass certificate for Sex proof by Speed Post receipt no. EE[protected]IN on 10/08/2010.
But Sir, the card has not been dispatched till now. As I have sent my Original previous card I am facing so many trouble.
Hope you will realise my problem and send my fresh card to my address at the earliest possibility and oblige.
