[Resolved]  Income Tax Department — unwanted deduction of money from refund from[protected] return

Dear Sir
I Dr Mrs Surekha Sachar with PAN No ACMPS7248E HAD FILED RETURN For assessment year[protected] and a refund of Rs 152075 was due. But I received refund of Rs 104810.00 vide cheque no 454515 of SBI Mumbai for assessment year[protected]
On telephone enquiry from your office I was told of outstanding demand against me
A demand of Rs47020 was sent to me for the assessment year[protected] due to mis match TDS certificate issued by BANKS
it was rectified by the Honourable Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax Range 111 jALANDHAR on line and a fresh demand of Rs790 was sent to me wide Order no 115-OP Dated 07052010 FOR the assessment year[protected]
the AMOUNT OF Rs790 was deposited by e payment on 13.05.2010 through Axis Bank
The facts can be verified from Jalandhar office
Please issue the balance of my refund at the earliest so that I should not suffer
