[Resolved] Income Tax Department — NOT RECEIVED TDS AMOUNT OF YEAR 2005-06 | |||
Respected Sir, I beg to state that I was applied for TDS return of my father Shri Hira Lal Kahar. He was died on 26.01.2006 and he was not present to filled the TDS return form. TDS return form was filled on dated 31 Aug 2006. In place of that my mother Smt. Mani Devi had filled the TDS return form which copy is enclosed. My mother had signed the form but yet I have not received the excess amount which was deducted by Income tax department. I had sent all the needful documents but still I have not get that amount. Several times I have try to get reasons regarding TDS return of my father but I have not get any solution. Kindly help me and return excess money which was deducted by income tax department as soon as possible. first of make it clear that is this TDS Return or Income Tax Refund. If this is income tax refund then keep all the documents related to Refund including death certificate of your father and bank details of your mother then meet with concern Income tax officer on related ward or circle. Tell him all the facts and show the documents along with a covering letter then he is bound to issue you refund order within reasonable time. it may be 7 days or 15 days. If he deny then you can ask the reason for delay in written, because the also looks for bribe...give him bribe with support of anti corruption team. if there is any doubt about above then you can call me [protected], or email [protected]@gmail.com
