[Resolved]  Income Tax Department Of India — Refund of AY[protected]

Address:Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Sir / Madam,

I had filled IT return for AY[protected] on 15th July'2008 through on line filling process.As per form -16 and and ITR-V received from IT department I am entitled to get Rs.1208 refund which is still due, more over I have been issued a demand note of Rs.41362 under sec-143(1) from IT department RACPC Banglore.

MY E-flilling number is - [protected].
I have got the receipt of ITR-V submission at local IT deptt- Indore dated 17th July'2008.
Demand Note issue is - CPC/1112/H1/[protected] dated[protected]
PAN : ACTPV4681R

I am unable to understand that despite following the desired process, instead of getting refund I have issued a demand note.

Kindly help me to get the refund and take back the demand note.

It Refund 2008-2009 — it refund 2008-2009

Tax deduction was done at State of India T.Nagar Ch.600017 for the year 2008-09.I am a senior citizen aged 67.As per my total income which is less than 2.25 lacs, i need not pay the Tax.But as per their policy, they have deducted the tax at source.It comes to nearly Rs.14000.So i request you to do the needful at your end to return the amount at the earliest possible time.Sorry for the inconvenience caused in this regard.My PAN No;AAAPP2950Q

I have not received my ITR refund for the assessment year 2007-08 & 2008-09.

Excess Tax was deducted at source by company for the year 2008-09. I have return a file in Jun-08.
The refund amount is nearly Rs.38, 000+.So i request you to do the needful at your end to return the amount at the earliest possible time.

I am geting information from weside by checking it online stating that refund is not yet proceeded. When I am trying Centralised Processing Center(CPC). not getting proper response. Always getting reply that try after two months.

Till date I have not received my IT refunds.

i am waiting for my refund order which is for Rs.11783/- (Rs. eleven thousand seven hundred eighty three ). + interest... it is for financial year [protected]. i.e. A. Y.[protected] ....

Devender Thapliyal & PAN (AFWPT0856Q) i filed my IT returnd AY[protected] through Manuly for early refund . i year passed but i have not got any +tv response from the IT office pls help me.When I was come to the ward the officer told that due to false address the cheque returned & also said that with in 15 days u get the money.The six month passed but no reward.
plz sir help me I shall be very thank ful to you

INCOME TAX OF INDIA — it refund for assessment year 2008-2009

Sir My Name is Alpesh Shah and My Pan is AVXPS8754P, till date my IT refund pending for the assement year[protected].
I have filed above return in ahmedabad ward no. 6(4). many times i visited it office for refund. but there is no respose.
Please look in to this urgently and help me

may be your tax credit not reflecting in your 26AS plz rectify at the earliest otherwise you will be in a big problem in future.
