Dear Sir,
Reference of my letter dt.27.06.2008 regarding issue of fresh refund voucher, I could not deposited the refund cheque to the bank because the cheque had been issued in the name of TATAL GHOSH but the bank a/c no mentioned in the refund voucher of my companies bank a/c no. [protected] instead of TATAL GHOSH bank a/c no. [protected] State Bank Of India, Nager Bazar Br.Kolkata.Hence the said refund voucher was returned to the Assessing officer 42(2) ward, Poddar Court Kolkata on 08 July 2008.But i regret to state that, i have not received the fresh refund voucher till to-day. Kindly look in to this matter and do the needful.The refund amt. is Rs.1130/-

I am yet to receive my return for year[protected]. I went to meet teh assessing officer today to get teh update on teh status. I was surprised to see teh heap of files whcih according to him are yet not assessed even after 13 months of filing. We teh salaried people are the only tax payers in this country. Thsi amount is used for teh development of the country. Still, this kind pof treatment to us and our hard earned money. It's SAD very sad. NO ON EIS THERE IS LISTEN TO YOU.

I am waiting for my[protected] IT Refund worth 2.36 lacs.

I have infact paid the demanded bribe to the officer also in the month of Feb 2009.

The cheque has come to my office address on June 29th 2009 and returned due to door lock, After enquiring the officer says nothing.

How do i get back my refund

I.TAX — i.tax refund for asst yr.2000-2001

I have not recd. I.TAX refund for assessment year[protected].This was filed at AHMEDABAD I-TAX dept.
WARD 10(2). I had several reminder to the office, but there is no reply.Refund amt. is @ Rs. 13000
They had asked for INDEMINITY BOND, which was also given in year 2006. Again copy was given in
year 2008.

Inspite all the effort, refund cheque with interest not yet recd.
