[Resolved] Income Tax India — refund of tds | |||
Actually I am resident of Maharastra in Wardha District. When I was working in Reliance in the year 2007-08. I Filed my TDS in Gujrat District Jamnagar. But still today on 07.10.2011 I did not get my refund of TDS RS 26000 by income tax department, Jamnagar GUJRAT. I went to Income tax office on 31/07/2010 for asking the details of my income tax return for the year[protected].MY SR. NO. is [protected] and ACKNOWLEDGEMENT NO IS[protected].No one told me the exact information even clerk and all employees were neglecting and saying that We will send your money after 7 days like that. After that I caught my home town INCOME TAX OFFICE and inquiry by using these people. They told me that you have already received the cheque on 20th march 2008.(CHEQE NO 838993) Please take my complaint or give me the advise who will solve this matter. I have not received the Income Tax refund for the Assesment Year[protected] Rs.25320/- The refund will be hand over to the Department. The ITO Ward 7(3)Hyd.to give direction to State Bank of India, Mumbai, on for the month Nov.2011 till today I have not received refun, and my Pan No:AFEPK5301H. While working with the HSBC Ludhiana I had filed income return for the financial year 2007-08 but after that despite of nemerious reminders to the authorities of income tax I am still to receive refund till date i.e.today the16th of April, 2014. Today is the computer erra It is not understood the reasons of this inordinate delay. My PAN is AKNPP7069H. Is there any authority in Income tax deptt. to help me?
