[Resolved] Income Tax office — delay in income tax refund | |||
Dear sirs It is 6 months over from date of filing my returns PAN.NO. AAXPR8234N AY-2009-10 WARD 6(4) BANGALORE, I have approached the concerned officer to seek my refund, but he bluntly told me that it will take another year to process the refund. It seems that income tax officials have no concern on public grievance and they behave adamantly and rudely. I have not yet received the income tax refund of Rs.9394/- for the assessment year 2010-11. The receipt number of Income Tax department (Acknowledgement) is [protected] Dated 01-JUL 2010 Office of the Addl. Commissioner of Income Tax, Ranchi-3.
