INCOME TAX REFUND — IT Refund 2006-07 not received

Hi,

I have not received my Refund for Income tax for 2006-07 till date. I have shifted from Bangalore to Delhi and had requested the IT authorities in Bangalore to send the cheque to my delhi address or transfer to my bank account.

However, the refund is still awaited.

Earlier I used to receive promptly in April or May. I do not know what happened now. My residential address is same and there is no change.

respected sir,
this complain is behalf of my father who is working is LIC of india he has applied for IT return which is something 1792/-rs for the las year[protected].1 and half year has been passed still he has not received his IT return so kindly do the needful and can you please provide us any income tax xomplain no.because every day my father takes a visit of income tax office but no one has given proper sollution please help us in this matter.

INCOME TAX REFUND — Not received my Income tax Refund

I had applied for Incom Tax refund for the assesment year[protected] and it was sent on Feb 4 2009

SBI reference Number 11236456 .The said chq was returned back on 20.02.2009 due to my house was locked as I was out of station.I would request Income Tax department to send back the chq or can be sent through ECS.

INCOME TAX REFUND — Income tax refund not received for the year 2007-2008

Hi,

Please note that after filing ITR for the financial year[protected] in the year 2008, the ITR showed that a refund of Rs. 8828/- was to be made to me by the IT dept.

I have been following up with Aaykar Sampark Kendra through e-mails though I don't receive details on when would I get the refund.

After following up for a complete year I have almost given up and now its time for file the return for[protected] and I am with same feelings that if I have paid extra tax this year also, the IT dept. will not return me the extra amount even if my ITR would show that.

Please help me getting the extra paid tax's refund at the earliest.

i am very unhappy of the fact that I havent recieved a refund for almost 3years and I file every year

I want to lodge a complaint against the Assessing officer for not processing the refunds of above mentioned Assessment years till date.
