[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund — non-receipt of income tax refund

Sir My Name is Uttamkumar R. Paul and My Pan is ADKPP4411F, till date my IT refund pending for the assement year[protected].
Please look in to this urgently and help me

I have filed an I.T. return on 21/05/2010 with I.T. Office at Navsari ward - 2 code no GUJ/W/412/2, My name is HEMANGINI AMRUTLAL MANSETA having income only from commission on general insurance business for Rs.25563/- TDS on the same deducted Rs.2580/- My pan no is AYHPM6577D. Now financial year 2010-11 is come to an end, till date i have not received refund of my income for financial year of 2009-10. Kindly do the needful and inform me.

For this, I had already filed a refund return for the year 2009-10.

Sir, I had retired from the service in 2008 and now an unemployee without any income.
I am aged 63 years and a heart by-pass operated patient.I require Rs.6000.00 to 7000.00
per month for daily medicine.

My incometax refund was due for Rs. 22528(twentytwo thousangd five hundred twenty eight rupess) for the Ay 2009-10 as per my return submitted to the Incometax office Range IV lucknow. and subsequent submission of all documents on 21.06.2010. Out of Rs 22528 I got a refund of Rs 6000/ only. A refund of Rs 16308 is still due. All relevant documents for my claim have been submitted.
Request for an early refund.

Respected Sir,

For the assessment year[protected] my tax liability was lesser that the actual tax deducted and I was supposed to get a tax refund of Rs. 24394. My PAN Number is AEUPC0212Q. I filed the tax return at Income tax office at Ward 46(1) New Delhi and the receipt number is [protected] dated 03/08/2010 however I have still not received any tax refund.

Also I do not get any tax refund status update at NSDL website. I have given continuous reminder to [protected]@incometaxindia.gov.in however there was no response.

Please do the needful.

i am nizam uddin laskar . i had filed income tax return last year. the assessment year was[protected]. my pen no is ABVPL2451J. Acknowledge no is 009502.My refund amount is Rs. 10184/- only. But till date I have not received any amount. Sir have the honour to state you that my address was given wrong. my correct address is Village And Po - Kanakpur part-1, District- Cachar, State- Assam..I’ve visited local Income Tax office at silchar several times and the staffs out there use to say again and again that the address has been modified but till now i have not recived.

My brother has a business in partnership. He is a 10 th class passed who does not have idea about IT returns, While submitting the IT returns, he has made a forgery of my brother, s signature and changed the address of my brother, s with his address. Now what shall we do kindly suggest
