[Resolved]  Income Tax Refund — non-receipt of income tax refund

i fillied the return pertaining to the a y 2008-09 n refund not yet recevied, the reason is incorrect address n i submitted the correct address even though till now not received tha amount

I have not received my income tax refund for the A.Y 2007-08, 2010-11 AND[protected] which I have filed in time. My PAN No. is. AGMPB9681Q .Kindly help me .Thank You.

My PAN No ABMPR9378M and filed my return online for assesment year 2011-12. I got the refund cheque, but my bank account number was incorrect. As per the advise of IT Officer, Chennai I returned the cheque to SBI, Mumbai and they received it also. It is showing in refund status 'unable to credit refund as the account number provided by you is incorrect'. In IT office system is was showing as ' status not received from CPC, Bangalore. I sent all relevant papers to CPC, Bangalore. (I have already submitted the relevant documents to Chennai on 9.12.11) Now it is showing in IT office system 'status received from CPC, Bangalore'. I had been to IT office, Chennai five times for this and met IT officer. Now he says that I have to contact CPC, Bangalore for refund though my PAN number address is in Chennai. In CPC, Bangalore, they asked me to contact the juridiction IT Officer at Chennai.

I have to get back my refund with correct bank account number. Pl help me.
