D Bhanot, CHERA, from INS Karwar, Visakhapatnam Respected Sir, I have filed the tax refund return from Visakhapatnam, and the cheque was issued on the address of the visakhapatnam on 13 Oct 2010. But since I have been transfered to Mumbai in the month of Aug 2010, the cheque issued was returned back to sbi. Further it is requested that the cheque please be issued again at the address mentioned below and details of the cheque are also appended below for your concern.
