[Resolved] Indane — Cylinder Refill after 10 Months - requires Validation again? | |
I went to get my Indane Gas Cylinder refilled after 10 months, but was told that Verification/Validation of my cylinder etc. will be done because i am taking a refill after more than 6 months. WHY? I have a valid indane gas connection, why should i take a refill within 6 months everytime? On what basis Indane is assuming that everyone should take refill within 6 months - otherwise re-validation is needed. And the process of re-validation: 1. Get photocopy of your gas connection documents. 2. Letter stating why Gas Consumption was low. (Imagine? Are there any bigger fools than these folks. On one hand there is scarcity of gas, on another hand they want to know in writing why i consumed less. Junk Guys). 3. The Gas Rubber Pipe. 4. The Regulator. Yeah you need to take these and present it to your gas agency, and these lords will then decide if you are eligible for a Re-Fill. It is a open secret that gas connection and refills are available and sold in black-market. And here, they are indulging in Red-Tape harassing genuine customers with freaking rules that dont make any sense. Shame Shame Indane. Can you explain this? Was this information helpful? | |

Strange, these guys should be awarded a PhD (PhRed) in Red-Tap and Harassment.
Most of the Gas Dealers are Rogues and Thugs anyway.
Are these complaints addressed by any responsible Government official/company concerned, if yes should be published here.
Should educate people how and where people should get the remedies to the complaints.

lindane — gas refill and regulator
i am customer with AVTAR FLAMES CENTRE but till now i have not even single cylinder to me door step after booking as it was early said that it should be home delivery.normally i have to go personally to got the cylinder to their stock point.I have complained at AVTAR FLAMES OFFICE but no body is going to listen what should i do.

Kindly note that we had placed an order for a refill gas cylinder more than a month ago and till date there is no response. They do not take calls, the phones ring out most of the times without a response. If we manage to get them they are extremely rude and bang the phone down saying they will send it.
I am sure that if IOC officials chect their registers and supplies the black marketing will come to light. The delivery persons they engage to deliver are absolute rowdies, arrogant to the core and disrespectful.
When we complain to Agency, they ask us to go and complain to who ever we want.
Kindly Look into our complaint and arrange the refills on time.

Is there really a Rule that one must take re-fill within 6 months? And if you take later than that you must give a reason and those letters and things explaining why you consumed less?
Cant believe this man. These guys are worse than thugs. Their only skill is customer harassment.
