MY COMPLAINT & ALL RESEDENTS OF EAST OF KAILSH, has a complaint that this Agency should be cancilled as they do not pick phone for booking & when they pik they do not reply properly & despathes Cylinder in 5 to 6 days time.

we have spoken personally also & response was thay are not delivering cylinders to those who have personally complaint them. BRIJ LAL is the key person there.

We do not want to disclose our identity due to their Negative Attitude & behaviour.

I am very disappointed by the gas cyllander delivery. I booked cyllander and the distributer measured the cyllander weight correct with his instrument but i felt the gas is less, thats why I again checked it with my instrument and the default came out that 3 kg & 35 gms gess was less. Now we are continuously calling to distributer and he is making us fool that I am coming. Please help me out i[censored] can.

Waste service this is not the way u should be a punctual in service .becoz of tht our country is very slow...

There is no home delivery in "Mubarakpur Gas Agency" Mubarakpur, Azamgarh and Gas Go-down is about 2 k.m. away from residential area. Consumers are forced to bring cylinder by their own way. There is no one to bring LPG cylinder from go-down. How can I get LPG?

I am a consumer of ioc gas at Surathkal. My dealer M/s Salian Gas Agency at Surathkal is not at all reachable by phone and the service rendered is of very poor quality with no courteous reply.In ordinate delay in supply also. Iam trying to book my refill for the past 15 days thro phone but Iam not getting the line, and not lifting the phone even if by chance the phone rings.Finally she refused to book or supply cylinder over phone and if we go personally to the dealer she reacts very rudely. Please look into my plight and do the needful. My consumer no. is 3244.
