This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.
Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.
My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.I do not have a cylinder and if necessary action could be taken to send a gas cylinder to me would be appreciated.
I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

TEJ ENTERPRISES — GAS SUPPLY DELAY
In JAIPUR only Tej Enterprises for Indane Gas services are too delay. Once they book after 22 days & after booking they will supply gas in next 12-15 day.Please tell which family can adjust one cylinder for 35-40 day

I booked for lpg cylinder on 09.07.08 vide cash memo no. 43147 and expected delivery stamped on the back of cash memo is 15.07.08 but till today M/s Damodar enterprises, muzaffarpur, bihar, has not delivered the lpg cylinder.it will not be out of place to mention here that they register 21 days after the receipt of lpg cylinder.
I Refill cylinder booked on 18th, or 22th and 27th August '2008, no booking number given at the time of booking and promissed supply in 2-3 days, so far refill cylinder not received.

I have booked for refilling of cylender on 1 mar. 09 at Bhiwadi Inden gas service.At the time of booking the dealer didn`t issue the recept saying that he is not issuing recept for home delivery . He wrote down
my address in his resistor & commited to deliver within 3~4 days . But till date I have not received the cylender . I have alrady followed of 3 time meanwhile . But niether he is assuring for any delivery nor he is issuing any recept.My customer ID is B-8056.

Indane Cooking Gas — refill delay
Nondelivery of gas refill booked on 24.3.2011 is causing difficulties which needimmediate remedial action by Indane management in Kolkata. I am registered
with FAIRDEAL GAS CORNER,16/1A Creek Row, Kolkata 700014. Last supply
was on 17.3.2011 and booking is not allowed before 7days after last delivery.Such delay in supply has become a regular matter causing frequent complaint.It is not clear
wheather Indane is failing or the distributer is failing. As Indane customer,
however, we need necessary action by Indane management for urgent delivery.
