[Resolved] Indane Gas Agency — non delivery of cylinder on time | |||
I Mrs. Usha sinha want to complain against indane gas agency.. i have booked on 21st of april,2011 and still i haven't got the delivery. I kindly request u to take action against this please make delivery as soon as possible. This is very shameful for the Indane gas agency and its workers. My receipt no. is 7363.My consumer no. is 25388. I[censored] want to deliver any information for me u can contact me on my mobile no. i.e. [protected].Or u can send me e-mail on my gmail id i.e. 05ankita.[protected]@gmail.com. COMPLAIN AGAINST NON DELIVERY OF GAS BY ABHINAY ENTERPRISES INDANE GAS AGENCY GAYA BIHAR .MY CONSUMER NO IS 112433.MY REFILL ORDER DATED 17.12.2013 .AfTER 10 DAYS I have not received my cylinder.Kind take action and then supply my cylinder.

After the IVR system booking, we never get the cylinders on the committed time, We get the cylinders after 15-20 days of the booking date but in the receipt given by the service provider is mentioned as delivered on the next day of the booking date. And it is very disgusting to say that pathetic customer support, Some of the employee's working over there (Reception) never give a relevant answer to the issues faced by the customer's and they are manner-less. Being one of the largest packed-LPG brands its a very big achievements, but this type of service providers brings you a negative points. Request you to take a initiative steps on the above mentioned issue.
