[Resolved]  Indane Gas Agency / Jai Jawan Service (Dwarka, Delhi) — Bad service & no Response

The Jai Jawan Gas services is the most pathetic service one can every provide. The people working in Jai Jawan are highly manerless and talk disrespectfully. They are mere gundaas and do a lot of black services. I really want to complain Indane services to take teh distributorship from Jai Jawan as these people are threat to the customers. The cylinders they provide are alomst half empty. The cylinders are not even safe. Can some body please tell where can I complian about these people as these people are really unsafe especially if you have ladies at home to collect gas. I have no words to describe how cheap these people are. An utter nonsense my humble DONT TAKE INDANE SERVICES EVEN IF YOU TAKE DO NOT TAKE IT FOR JAI JAWAN ...

very bad service. very bad response. very difficult to request for gas cylinders. urgent action needs to be taken.

I agree with the aove views as I am also a resident of Sect 22, Dwarka and have been repeatedly trying to get in touch with them for the last few days. No one picks up their phone and it keeps ringng. In the past also even after managing to place order for gas cylinders it have taken them 3 days to deliver it. Its disgusting the way these people function without any sense of responsibility.

Jai Jawan need some induction programme based on customer service, they need some attention which can be drawn after cancelling their agency. sick attitude, sick people. relieve them

Raj Flame Gas service that deals with Indane Gas cylinders is absolutely inept in service. They have a lot of registered customers but never respond to requests for gas cylinders. They are pathetic. This is an experience shared by all people that have subscribed to them in Mohan Garden, Near Dwarka More. No one picks up their phone and it keeps ringng or phone set busy all over the time.Completely uncooperative staff, unwilling to work... they don't want to attend to the customers but are filling their pockets by selling gas in black instead.

Somebody needs to take some solid action against such careless officials.

It is very difficult to book gas with the distributor since his only phone number for booking 13959 is always busy. It is a herculian task to book refill. There should be some other way of booking... 15 day Npt Ressponsible to Charder Kala Agency Phone Not Responce
