[Resolved]  Indane Gas / Agnihotri Gas Services Sec - 37 Noida — Poor Customer Service

Give extra money to Mrs. Agnihotri she can provide the extra Cylinder and also dance as you want.. this is democracy ... really frustracting this Agency..!!

I have booked LPG Cylinder through Phone on 04.05.2016.but Today is 21.05.2016 I have received SMS from IOCL ''Dear indane customer your refill booking ref no-621296 stands cancelled kindly book again or contact your distributor to know the reason of cancellation'' I have gone four time to Agnihotri Gas Service YARD for taking delivery of LPG Cylinder, but Yard man told me your slip has not come from office. I am enable to handed over cylinder to you without slip. While trying to contact through telephone Landline as well as Mobile, it has been observed that either the line is busy or else no body is responding when the telephone is ringing. This is a peculiar situation with Agnihotri Gas Agency. At present both my cylinders are empty and I am in totally dry out Condition. I don't know, how to handle with this Agency.
Please let me know whose responsibility for giving slip to Yard In charge. I request your good self to please help me this pabulum is facing to every time every month .
