[Resolved]  Indane Gas — harassment by M/s Ashadeep gas services,tollygunge,kolkata

I have been harassed severly by Kishore Gas, Lake Gardens, Kolkata - 45 for refilling a cylinder for last one month. I have small kid in my home and I booked a cylinder on 7th May (Consumer # 26875) still now they didn't supply any cylinder to my house. Yesterday in the heavy cyclone my both the cylinders have been exhausted and there was no fuel in my house for cook. So we faced severe problem yesterday for cooking at least for my small 2 years small baby for which we couln'd give him the food on time and he was crying severely due to hungry. This is a samefull situation which we handled yesterday do to extremely poor supply of cylinders from Kishore Gas, Lake Gardens all the times in past. Every day when I called them they told that today it will surely go to my house but at the end of that day no cyclinder arrived in my house. Please do the need asap.

Dear Sir,

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 2-3 days, but I am unable to contact any of my distributor's numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. No one bothers to pick it up.
I think they are doing this intentionally for the purpose of harassment or promoting black marketing.

24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to make the distributor pick up the phone to take the booking.

The agency is not giving proper service for the last so many days...but no step has been taken against them.

i am a consumer of indane gas ibook in cicular agency in kidderpor on 24.11.2009 but i have not received gas on 5.12.2009 they say gas suupply is not now

I have booked my cylinder on 5/05/2010 through my gas agency M/s, R.S.Distributors of 64, Raja Basanta Roy Road Kolkata-700029 .My consumer no. is V/17049. But till date I am bound to wait for gas delivery from my agent. I remind him again & again but there was a repeated reply has been forwarded to me every time that we have not received gas from Indian Oil Corporation. If possible kindly explain me that where I am guilty in this matter & how much more time is left for further waiting to get delivery of gas. Please try to look into matter & if above agency is unable to maintain gas delivery kindly give him instruction to transfer my connection as per my choice.

I'm a Indane Gas consumer with consumer no.11657.I have booked my cylinder on 25.9.2010 ( booking order no.11727)through my gas agency CIRCULAR AGENCY, of khidderpore.But after waiting for 25 days I still havent received my cylinder .

I am a consumer of indane gas with consumer no AD/13070 with M/s Ashadeep gas Agency code- ***********, i have booked my cylinder on 04/10/10 booking number - 2309, but i have not received my cylinder till date despite of repeated request made to the agency, On an enquiry they said your refil cylinder was already supplied.kindly look into the matter as i am not only the consumer...

I (Consumer No.24768) have booked for LPG cylinder on 9/2/2011 with Number 558. Till now I have not received the cylinder, nor the agency Freedom Servises, Birati responding to calls
