[Resolved] Indane Gas — COMPLAINT AGAINST M/S DEEPAM INDANE SERVICES, PROPRIETOR, SABUNATH K.S, SREEKANDAPURAM, KANNUR DIST
I had transferred my LP Gas connection (with double cylinder) from New Delhi to Kannur Kerala vide TV No.[protected] dated 09.5.2009. The TV was deposited with M/s Deepam Indane Services, Sreekandapuram, Kannur on 27.5.2009. The Distributor had not immediately released the connection for want of confirmation/verification from Delhi.
After a lot of follow-up persuasion necessary confirmation was received from Delhi and ultimately the connection was released with only one cylinder vide consumer No.3744. A sum of Rs.1500/- (Rs.950+370) had been charged in the first week of July. Since then, we have been requesting for the second cylinder, which has not been supplied by the Distributor so far.
You are requested to take necessary action for not supplying the second cylinder even after charging for the same.
It is also submitted that the said Gas Agency has given the following Mobile numbers:-

Our efforts to contact on these mobile numbers are futile as most of the time these numbers kept off line. No fixed land line numbers has been given to the customer.
A line of action taken will be highly appreciated.
