[Resolved]  Indane Gas — Poor service!

Respected Sir:

I have booked my cylinder about 40 days with IOC agency in our area, M/S Aparna Indane Services Puduppariyaram, Muttikkulangara, Palakkad. KGST#31113014, AND CST#31118014. PHONE #[protected] via computer booking through phone. I got the confirmation from by audio and now when I asked them to deliver the cylinder today (10/10/07), they told me that the booking was actually recorded at their end on 09/29/07. So kindly make arrangement for prompt service.

Dealers baith ke sirf paise kamate hai gas agency par aur lakon ki property bana lete hai ek chote se office mai se .kase possible ho sakta hai,person earning salary of rs.2000/- sirf teen saal mai 2 makaan,1 plot,2 cars santro and alto, 2 motorcycle shopping each day of thousands.
Bas logo ko khoon chus kar gas mai blackmarketing kar ke kaama rahe hai aur koi kuch karne wala nahi
Shri umesh kumar jo anand gas service par hai,koi bata sakta ki ek 2000/ Rs ki salary kamane wale ke pass intni property kaise aayi???????????????????/

My Customer Id No. 1454 with HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE, RZ 914 PREM NAGAR, KIRARI ROAD, NANGLOI, DELHI-110041.

I am not able to book the cylender after makeing the continious Calls from Last 15 days. They pick up the receiver and put it another side. Iam makeing the contionious calls on these nos. 25476333 & 25470333. but there is no response at their end. it is not possible me to book the cylender everytime persinally. So Iam Facing Lots of problum.

I have complained so many times to the concern agency but they dint take any action on that metter.

Here i just want to tell you one that they gives the cylender to the vehicle onwer on higher cost and told the cunsumer that they have shortage of the cylender.


You are requested to plz. Book my complaint as well as booking of the same and take some strict action on that agency.

Your prompt action will be highly appreciated.

I know its worthless writing this complain...but still i m writing it. Its been more than a year facing issue regarding booking a cylinder with Sai Sewa Enterprises. First, their phone lines are always engaged, no idea what they are doing all the time over the phone and if incase for god grace we get chance to book it then they take 2weeks to deliver the Cylinder. I m sure that Complaints Board are surely getting lots of complaints regarding this gas agency, but unfortunately nothing is happening. According to me please change the logo and slogon "Made By the People for the People" it should be like this "Made By the Indane Distributors for the Distributors". Second thing, they also used to say that they dont have Gas Supply or Stock is empty, then how these cyclers are selling cylinders in Black.

If possible, please do something.

My Cusumer No. 18982 with Sai Seva Enterprises, shop no.2 sector B, Pocket 1, CFC Market, Vasant Kunj New Delhi-110070.

I am not able to book the cylender after makeing the continious Calls from Last 7-9 days. Their phone numbers seem to have always engaged or not getting connected all through the days. we keep on trying to call but no way getting connected at all.Iam makeing the contionious calls on these nos. 26134492 & 26898953. but there is no response at their end. it is not possible me to book the cylender everytime persinally. we also tried through the help line no. I have booked gas on 17 March 2008 through the Number 1260, which is given me booked no 14 but I didn't recived any gas till now (27 March 2008).

You are requested to plz. Book my complaint as well as booking of the same and take some strict action on that agency.

Firstly I just want to inform you that you people are giving Harrasement inplace of proper service.
I, Pradip Basu employee of Epson India is getting harrasement for last 7 days. My Consumer No is - 51101. I have recently transferd from Bhopal to indore .I am having very bad impresion with Sundaram Gas Agency, Indore . They are treating the customer like animal. I hope you trust this word that we are here thats why you are there.

Requesting you pls inform him how to treat the customer.
Secondly they suppose to give the gas connection by today (16/06/2008)but today now they are registering my complain.Where as repetedly I inform them and I physicaly went and ask them to book my complain on 14th

I had a smell of gas leakage from cylinder when I fiited it, immediately I informed to my local singh agency at about 10 am but same was not attened till 4 pm, finally I have to go there and call the mechanic, after that he attened the problem after 5 pm .Action was taken the day after

I have connection in the name of sarla no. in govindpuri, kalkaji, new delhi, i am received cylender full with water so it is not flaming . I have launched the complaint but they said tha t they do not have cylender. kindly do the needful

I got intimation letter from Standard gas agencies, MADURAI-625001 dated Dec 23, 2008 for New gas connection. Standard gas agencies compules me to purchase Hot plates ( Gas stove ).
Without purchase of hot plates distributor refuses to give New gas connection.Kindly do needful.

Am a Customer of STANDARD GAS AGENCY, MADURAI. The Gas agency never picks or attends the call from the customers. Even if they pick, they tell customers that its a GROCERRY SHOP. The same phone number 2670172 has been provided in all the sites like just dial and yellow pages. How come they also accept the numbers without verification remains a puzzle.

They have poor customer service.
