[Resolved] Indane Gas — Indane gas connection problems in Chennai

Sir, I have shifted recently from Bangalore to Chennai and stay in Velachery and I have Indane gas connection in my name from last few years. While getting the connection in Chennai distributer has asked for a letter from stating that if i could not produce ration card/ No card certificate in 60 days, he will disconnect the connection. I am not applying for new connection, i understand for getting new connection i need to produce ration card but why should i produce ration card for transfers cases. It is regretted that Hapur gas service has not yet arranged the refill supply for consumer no 00507 ehereas booking was dondone on 27/2/15 due to which i am facing problem so do needful

Gas not delivered even after 18 days,and constant calling

I booked a gas refill on 25th Jan 2014and have not got a gas refill on today(12-Feb-2014), bookings till 29th have been cleared on records. Customer number :74905
