[Resolved]  Indane Gas Connection — booking problem with Madhavi Gas agency, Shaikpet Hyderabad

There is a ton of complaints mentioned here... all have nearly same problem, delayed delivery, black selling. And YES, I'm one of the suffere.

These people say it take 8-10 days to deliver the gas, but no... they take more than 15-20 days to supply. They do it because, they get the chance to sell it on black. Obviously no one who has single gas can wait for long, he has to go for a black one. We have a family living near by, one of its family member is working with Police Special Squad, they get the gas within 3-4 days. Why is that?!!! Does this means anyone who has power will get it on time. Where would we go. Don't we pay or we don't have respect in their eyes? Does the public has to suffer in all the cases? Anyone has an answer for these questions??????

A strict action has to be taken against these people. Someone has to act. IT IS THE GOVERNMENT. THE MOST POWERFUL HAS TO USE ITS POWER against these agencies.

Rightly said that Madhavi gas agency is the worst gas agency. They keep selling the gas cylinders in black to commercial stores and by the godown becomes empty, then they fool all o[censored]s saying that they haven't received the stock or short of stock. Every day they are ready to hear the people abuse or profanity, but not willing to address the public grievances, because they are filling their pockets with black money. Everytime we call for booking, phone will be busy, which is disgusting. They serve the best example for Worst customer service. Iam sure they will top the list in "worst customer service" category atleast. Its high time that "Madhavi Gas Agency Licence should be cancelled, when they unfit for this dealer service."

It seems like this Agency has political background. And that is the reason everyone does what they want to..

The Lady there is running the agency for her relative and hence no concerns on who is getting the service or not. Really I wish there was someone in the government who can do something about it.

I am giving 1 star only because there is no star below this certainty else i would have given 0. This is really the worst service agency i ever seen in my entire life. The people working there wondering as if they are sitting on the chair of CM.

Please cancel the licence of these agencies.

Their phone no[protected] is only ringing no body picking up his dam phone ...trying since morning .

Worst gas agency ever. Don't ever take any new connection or opt for transfer to this agency. They will send you the gas. They sell the gas in black to many different shops. I have seen this in manikonda area. Why is the agency's licence not getting cancelled?

I[censored] need any work done, you need to beg that madam and her daughter. Worst people ever. Do not know how to manage.

I also agree worst experience ever had useless fellows madhavi gas agency... Just cancel their license...

A delivery boy name Shivaji of Madhavi gas agency didn't delivered my gas for 12 days & after that he delivered the gas & took 50 rupees as tip...

Somebody take some action against this useless fellows...troubling the people.

Non Delivery of Cylinder - 20 days after booking

I have booked my cylinder on 29th Jan-2015 vide ref no.513285 but till today (18th Feb 2015) I am not received the cylinder. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. My Consumer # is 10305T
