Respected Sir,

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Trilok Gas agency, Adyar, chennai and my consumer number is 30916. Last month when I wanted to book for a refill, they told me that the agency is in strike and you have to book for gas refill cylinder in TUCS Ltd, Thiruvanmiyur. So I have booked for a refile on 4th June 2011directly to the office and they have registered and have given a new Consumer Number that is 50753. They replied that they will Distribute within 15 days. After 15 days I again went to the TUCS office and they replied it will deliver within 1 or 2 days.TILL DATE cylinder are not distributed. my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, they are not picking up the phone.Please take necessary action regarding this complaint.

Sub: Complaint for Service

Sir, my consumer No.3320 and Agency is M/S Tirupati Gas Service , Bhayandar East.

In this regard I(A.K.Patel) am to inform you that,I booked cylinder on 28 june 2011 but till now i.e today 20 july 2011 cylinder was not yet received by me. Is there is any demand for booking gas? Delay cause by Distributor or Company? What is remedy?

I'm a senior citizen of this country and my consumer no.is 666. My problem is the agency called Sri Rudreshwara Indane enterprises located at Gubbi taluk Tumkur dist. karnataka state has issued to 3 consumers the same number who's names are also same and due to this the suppliers are asking me to visit their agency each and every time when I book for a cylinder. The agency is for away from my place and I'm 68yrs old and it is very difficult for me to visit every time to the agency.

So as a senoir citizen I request you to ask thee agency to set right the issue and provide me a peaceful supply of cylinder on booking to lead my lonely life.

I kindly request you to do the needful and I hope the indane will do on top priority.

b.s gas — for the serves

i am a costumer of B.S.gas ageanse.Thay give the selenders to the hokers of the yesterday booking but not giving to the costumer,who book befor 3 to 5 day
I am an Indane Customer. My consumer No.is 13860
I had booked a cylinder with Acme Gas, Makarpura, Baroda on 5.9.11 over phone. They replied that they will distribute cylinder within 10 days. But after two week I started request repeatedly to deliver the cylinder till today (i.e27.9.11). Till date the same is not delivered. Every time when I request they keeps on telling me gas will deliver tomoroow. Please take necessary action.

Gas Agency wale bade hi sust tarike se kaam kar rahe hai...wo kisi ka complaint jaldi handle nahi karte....phone karne par...phone nahi uthate yaa phone baar baar kar dete hai...aaj ke complaint me 5 din laga dete hai......aap h socho ese me hamare ghar 5-6 din khana nahi banta...unhone pareshaan kar rakha hai...pls.....aap jald se jald karywahi kare......

i am a costmer of saheed virender singh agency costmer no. is 000775 and sv.no.3016775 and the distributior no. is 42011041.
(1) My order date is 2 NOV 2010 but now present day i don't get my cylinder. when i asked the above ges agency for the delivere of gas cylinder they didn't give me proper solution
(2) I also called costmer help line no. my complain no. is 49068 on 3rd of november from there i didn't get the solution.
(3)phone booking and home delivere is not avilable when vichele of gas agency come to village they do the black marketing.
Sir its my humble reqest to you to give me a permanent solution. I'll very thankful for your best solution.

Indane gas agency of phoolpur sucks there is no professionalism in employees they are not bothered to attend customers call. I called them more 40times but only 4calls has been answered but there was no response from other end which is kind of harassment to me. I called on different cell number which on the website but even he didnt help me and not even given his name to me after asking several time.

I want higher authority of Indane gas agency should take appropriet action for customer service and delivery. Or else it will force me to sue the agency and its owner to the court.

The contractor for gas cylinder distribution of Pantnagar Gas Service, Pantnagar (Udham Singh Nagar District) is taking Rs. 660/- instead of Rs. 656.50 (or say Rs. 656/- for delivering cylinder at house doorstep.
