Hello Sir/ Madam
I am Ashok Ku. Singh residing at Samta Colony, Near Bajar Samiti, Hajipur , Dist.- Vaishali , Bihar , had booked gas cylinder more than 21 days before with Amrapali Gas Agency, at Ambedakar Nagar of Hajipur , Dist. Vaishali , Bihar, with Gas Connection No. 11119.
They had not yet delievered the gas cylinder inspite of several reminders. Please go through the complaint as soon as possible.

sir maine gas ke new canection ke liye 18/09/2012 ko apply kiya tha lekin mujhe abhi tak koi responce nahi mila hai, sir mai aapse request karata hu ki mujhe jald se jald gas ka canection diya jaye.
