Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a holder of LPG Gas Service wide Consumer No.52834. Our Gas Agency is M/s Easwara Agencies, 10-96,Edulabad Road, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Code-125348, PIN-501301.
I had booked for a refill on 8/2/13 wide Booking No. 354117, cash Memo No. 2758. But till 23rd Feb. the cylinder was not delivered and when contacted I came to know that my booking was cancelled. I was asked to re-book. I rebooked for a refill AGAIN wide Booking No. 358945 and the cash memo No. is 7618. I booked it in 23/2/2013. I was told that my refill will be delivered within 3 days.
The main problem with them is they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HOME DELIVERY. They are ready to supply the refill within two days when we take the empty cylinder to the Agency Godown. Not only me you can see a number of consumers bringing their empty cylinders and carrying back the refilled one.
They NEVER RESPOND over phone also when we contact. Once I told them that I will complaint and they told they are least bothered. My wife is stressed mentally. She is unable to attend her outside work because of this.
We have already given complaints to IOC and via automated rein system twice. But there is no response till date.
Kindly do the needful regarding the matter.

I have been trying to book my cylinder for the last 15 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.

Becasues I don't have the new Consumer No. So that I am also unable to book through TOMOGAS.

Kindly help me and provide me the new Consumer No.

We have gas connection 28881 with INDANE Gas at Patiala with M/s.Surindera Gas Agency, S.S.S.T. Nagar, Patiala.

We have booked the cyclinder ten days ago. But the employes says that the gas cyclinders are in waiting. However there is no such policy by the company.

The agency owner is un-necessary harassing the customers.

I have gas connection with sarswati gas agency(HPGas) Sanganer,Jaipur from dec 09.They have told me that after one month of delivery gas sycilender will be automatically book and delivered.But after one month no response from them and whenever I make to contact with them through phone they have never receiced my call.I have also book the gas on 21/1/10 but still they have not responding Ihave also visted the agency but they says that tomrrow they can send the gas.It is not fare therefore kindly take the action and same reply me.

Indane LPG gas limited — Non Delivery of Booking Cyllender

Dear Team,

I have an LPG gas connection with INDANE Gas Company, connection number PG-19308 (PRITHVI GAS SERVICE c-116 LIG flat, East Of Loni Road, Delhi CODE[protected].

I have changed my address from previous one to D-543, Street No-10, C/o G S Singh Ashok Nagar Delhi 110093 and before two months back same has been intimated to PRITHVI GAS SERVICE for updation. I have recived two deliveries of cyllender on new address on Dec 11, 2009 and Jan 08, 2010 respectively.

Now I booked my cyllender on Feb 02, 2010, and till date same has not been delivered and the behaviour of the concerned staff is very irritating even they neaver picked the landline number.

For the same I went to the PRITHVI GAS SERVICE, now they are saying that it'll take 7 to 8 days for the delivery by having the ascuse that we will make the field investigation.

Now my question is that if they people have delivered two times at new address then what is the need of taking 7 to 8 days for the same.

Non delivery of cyllender My family is facing lots of problem and taking the food from outside.

Please look into the same and make some action against the staff of PRITHVI GAS SERVICE as they neaver listen the problem of the customers.

I have booked for a gas cylender on date 27/01/2010 at Dadri Gas Service Charkhi Dadri. Booking no is 9773. But no dilivery to till date. I remind to distributor agency for three times.I am a old and widow lady please solve my problem. This is the regular behavior by distributor.

I am consumer of Indance Gas with consumer no. 21957 with Agency - Avon Gas Service, Najafgarh, New Delhi-43. I have book my LPG refill on 15/02/2010 but the gas has not delivered as yet. Similir problem was faced in past as the agency is not delivering the gas in time. They used to take minimum 10 days to deliver the gas after booking. Please do the needfull to deliver the gas in time.

Indane LPG Gas — Non- delivery of gas cylinder

I have booked a LPG gas cylinder on 9th feb 2010, but its delivery has not been recieved yet. Whenever, i tried to call the Agency, they don't pick the call or if they do so then no satisfactory answer is given by them.
In past also i have faced the same problem. Kindly look into the matter so that my problem can be solved as soon as possible.

Dear Sir,

My name is Pratik Singh consumer no. 63875 (Sushma gas service, Mansarovar, Jaipur). I had got last delivery of gas cylinder on 13/01/10. I have single connection and I have booked gas on 27/02/10 (morning) and they gave me reply that I will receive cyinder on the same day. I have again called on 2/03/10 and they replied the same. When I called again today (3/03/10) I have got the same reply but still not able to get the gas cylinder. Please help.

Can anyone help me?
I'm fed up with the Indane gas service. My Customer No. is MM 08352. As company claims that we should get the refill with in 24 hrs of booking but my gas agency (Mohan & Mohan Indane Star Distributor, Shop No. 48, Ashoka Shopping Centre, Ashoka-II, Sec. - 37, Opp. Kanishka Tower, Faridabad (HR) used to take more than 15 days to get me a refill.
This time, I've booked a refill on 22nd Feb 2010 and not received till now. I called them up many times but didn't get anything. Even visited the place but it is all in vain. I had to purchase the refill in black. grrrr......

Can anyone tell me if there is any way I can make complaints against these stupid people? Plz I'll be very grateful to you.

Indane Gas — non delivery of LPG gas

it is submitted that I am in possession of LPG connection with two cylinder with M/S Sunder Shyam Enterprises, DDA Market, Janakpur, A1, New Delhi. Usually I go for booking of gas when LPG gas of one of the cylinder gets exhausted since it takes more than 10 days to deliver the gas. This time I got LPG gas booked on 26 Feb 10 and finally delivered on 20 Mar 2010 after several request made to the Agency. Also at the time of booking, registration number is not being given. This sort of attitude on the part dealer put the customer into harrasment. The said enterprise also do not attend telephone and the customer has travel a long distance just for booking the gas.

Sir, my complaint is non delivery of LPG gas cylander more than two time of booking and my booking no. 101 dated: 19.02.2010 & 116 dated 15.03.2010. i have not recd both booking request up to till..

LPG of INDANE GAS — NON DELIVERY OF GAS

I never received LPG gas at my home and each time i had to collect it from distributor shop and that too on working day(monday to saturday) and after waiting for 3-4 hours.
sir i request you to make a system, where we can book our gas at indan office via email/ sms/ telphone and we can see our staus and remain sure of getting gas without requesting these distributors.

LPG cylinder of Indane — NOT DELIVERY OF CYLINDER

I have booked LPG Gas Cylinder on 12th APRIL 2010 vide Consumer No 39838 to the dealer M/S POPULAR CHEMIST (REGD.) 2, sunder nagar market, new delhi - 110003 (near zoo) . It is regretted that till 16th April 2010 delivery has not been made inspite of repeated
reminders , they have 3 numbers 24352417, 24359254 and 24358269, all of which are very difficult to get and even when it rarely rings, they do not accept the call. Moreover, delivery man is regularly supplying domestic use cylinders in our area to the restaurants and hotel in our area instead of commercial cylinders. In this context i have made several complaints to the dealer but he told us that the delivery from the company is affected and he is not looking to my request/complaint.
It is therefore requested that you may kindly do the needful
