[Resolved] Indane Gas — non-delivery of LPG cylinder

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a holder of LPG Gas Service wide Consumer No.52834. Our Gas Agency is M/s Easwara Agencies, 10-96,Edulabad Road, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Code-125348, PIN-501301.
I had booked for a refill on 8/2/13 wide Booking No. 354117, cash Memo No. 2758. But till 23rd Feb. the cylinder was not delivered and when contacted I came to know that my booking was cancelled. I was asked to re-book. I rebooked for a refill AGAIN wide Booking No. 358945 and the cash memo No. is 7618. I booked it in 23/2/2013. I was told that my refill will be delivered within 3 days.
The main problem with them is they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HOME DELIVERY. They are ready to supply the refill within two days when we take the empty cylinder to the Agency Godown. Not only me you can see a number of consumers bringing their empty cylinders and carrying back the refilled one.
They NEVER RESPOND over phone also when we contact. Once I told them that I will complaint and they told they are least bothered. My wife is stressed mentally. She is unable to attend her outside work because of this.
We have already given complaints to IOC and via automated rein system twice. But there is no response till date.
Kindly do the needful regarding the matter.

I booked a cylinder with M/S SURYA NAGARI INDANE ,JODHPUR consumer no. 12152 on 15 th February.Again reminded on 20 th March.Went personally on 7 April and was assured that the same would be delivered next week.But till date not recd and neither is our phone being picked up.kindly look into the matter and take necessary action.

I AM Jarina. I HAVE GAS CONNECTION NO. 42283 WITH M/S JAI JAWAN GAS AGENCY, SECTOR-7, DWARKA, DELHI-110075. I HAVE MADE A CALL TO AGENCY OR (BOOKING PROCESS)ON 29TH APRIL,2010 FOR BOOKING GAS CYLINDER BOOKING NO.-22765. THEY TOLD US THAT THEY HAVE RECENTLY SENT THE CYLINDER AT OUR RESIDENCE, BUT WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET. WE AGAIN REMINDED THEM ON 4TH MAY & 6TH MAY FOR CYLINDER, BUT THAT TIME THEY TOLD US THAT IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU TOMORROW.

BUT, WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT YET AND WE BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE MISUSING OUR ACCOUNT. WE ARE SUFFERING A LOT DUE TO ALL THIS.
KINDLY TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AT YOUR EARLIEST.

I am having gas connection with Indane no.62525 at ANANTH GAS AGENCY Bangalore, i have booked the gas cylinder 3 times in the last 1 month but it could not be delivered by them and on enquiry the status always shows "delivered" by contacting them over phone they always promise too give it by monday, like that 4 mondays have gone, is there anyone reading this mail then plese let me know the solution, we are fedup by there services.

I want to bring to your notice that ihad booked the refill on 27/8/2010 through your centrilise booking no.25611031 and my booking no was 179,but till today the 9/9/2010 i have not received my refill.I tried to contact my vender which is Gemini Enterprises at Najafgarg for the last five days but could not contact them because their number is always comes engage.
So I request your goodself to do the needfull to get my refill as early as possible.

Indane Gas — regarding non delivery of cylinder during home delivery time

i had booked the cylender forhome delivery as on 8th december 2010 but repetidely quering about non delivery and even after regularly calling to the gas agency &their emploees no satysfactory ansewer is given to me by gas agency. today is 21st dec 2010 today i personaly contected the agency for slip for godown delivery but they refuse to do so and no satisfactory answer is given by the girls doing job their and not litsen to me properly.please do the needful against kesri gas service near dhury railway phatak link road ludhiana phone no of agency is[protected],[protected].

I have booked my gas on 23 December 2010 but unable to receive it yet
Have called them many times but they dont receive the call and i think that they are selling my cylinder in black

Indane Gas — Non Delivered at home

Every Month,I book cyllinder with M/S Firozabad Gas Service,Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh. My consumer number is F9430 . But they do not deliver th cylinder at home every, When I went to the agency to enquire about it, but the staff did not sovled my problem, I request you to please solve my problem.
