[Resolved]  Indane Gas — non-delivery of LPG cylinder

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am a holder of LPG Gas Service wide Consumer No.52834. Our Gas Agency is M/s Easwara Agencies, 10-96,Edulabad Road, Ghatkesar, Ranga Reddy Dist, Code-125348, PIN-501301.
I had booked for a refill on 8/2/13 wide Booking No. 354117, cash Memo No. 2758. But till 23rd Feb. the cylinder was not delivered and when contacted I came to know that my booking was cancelled. I was asked to re-book. I rebooked for a refill AGAIN wide Booking No. 358945 and the cash memo No. is 7618. I booked it in 23/2/2013. I was told that my refill will be delivered within 3 days.
The main problem with them is they DO NOT WANT TO GIVE HOME DELIVERY. They are ready to supply the refill within two days when we take the empty cylinder to the Agency Godown. Not only me you can see a number of consumers bringing their empty cylinders and carrying back the refilled one.
They NEVER RESPOND over phone also when we contact. Once I told them that I will complaint and they told they are least bothered. My wife is stressed mentally. She is unable to attend her outside work because of this.
We have already given complaints to IOC and via automated rein system twice. But there is no response till date.
Kindly do the needful regarding the matter.

my consumer no.is B-154471.i have booked indane gas cylinder on 10th feb 2011 ,but i havent been made any supply of gas even after repeated reminders and every time its same story that there was shortage but tomorrow you will get it. here in last 13 months i have recieved only 7 gas cylinders. every time we have to face same problem regarding cylinders .my connection name is manish kumar sinha
I have requested for LPG Refill (Indane) on 13th April, 2011 over Phone No. [protected] and my booking No. is 4624 (Ref. No. 2048806). Till date I am waiting for the refill delivery. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

i m registered with Paramveer gas agency,SCF95,rose garden market, bathinda vide customer no. P15459.the agency is not delivering gas cylinders to respective customers rather they are told to come and collect where there are already long queues. secondly ,the last gas cylinder supplied by the agency is leakingand despite my complaint they ve not paid any heed to it
please help
Gas booked on[protected]for Customer no. K23246) under Distributor Kewal Gas Service (for Indane) but till today i.e.[protected],no gas has been received. You are requested to take some action to avoid black marketing of gas cylinders.

Indane Gas — LPG cylinder not refilled

Sir, I had booked for refiiling of my cylinder vide automated booking number 1526966 thro mobile number [protected] on dated 25.08.2011, but had not received refilled cylinder.
My gas service station is Babarpur Gas service- [protected]-, according to whom he is not gettingb regular supply from back. But this is regular scene , we have to go to office, meet them personally and request them and then only after two/three days of our request 12-15 days ater booking we gat our refilled cylinder. Kindly look into the matter for early refilling.

Indane LPG Refill — Non supply and cancellation

Problem 1 ) Normally it is very difficult to get connectedn for booking
Lpg refil over phone. By luck if we get connected to the number,
It is never lifted or answered

2) Now we book throught Cell No [protected], I got booked for Lpg
on 14 oct 2011, docket No 283259, LPG was not supplied till today, when
we tried to know the status of supply Reply came as cancelled .
AGAIN BOOKED AND THE DOCKET NO IS 296174 dt 25 oct 11.
The reason why the lpg was not supplied on the booked no
283259 is not known. What is the system and how it works not known
3) On the earlier occassion also the lpg was not supplied
On prolonged waiting and enquiry I was told door lock the reason,
Actually ourdoor is not locked since we have baby in arms and
we never go out, and some one will be there in the house.
We request you to look into the complaint and do the need ful in the matter.

we are working for ngo .shri mohan sai sansthan trust in gurgaon .than sansthan dovlp a saibaba temple in inchapuri patodi and we needed for cooking lpg gas .we went patodi indian gas agancy but his owner / Asm sameer doesnot give proper respons for new conction

I was booked one LPG cylinder on 19.01.2012 with Agnidhwaj Indane Service, chinthalmet, Hyd. and cash memo No: 14394 dt:27.01.12. But, till to-day they are not delivered the same.

Please take necessary action.

Indane LPG — Non-delivery of LPG Cylinder

In reference to above subject, undersigned booked a LPG cylender vide booking no. 15720 dated 30.01.2012 in Shastri Nagar Gas Service, Agency No.130, Ram Nagar Shopping Center, Shastri Nagar, Jaipur 302016. but the above cylender not received till the date in this reference. So many enquries and personal conversation, communicuated by undersigned to the Shastri Nagar gas agency staff but no proper responce given by them and always says "AAJ AAYEGA, BHEJ DENGE" and this is the routine words of the agency staff. While enquiry on phone it is surprice to say that most of the time phone are busy or non working... no responce given.

I request the matter should be examine by the highest aurthority because this is repeated complaint of this agency but surpricely no action taken by Indian Oil Corporation or concerning officer which shows that some mismanamgement done on the part of the investigation officials. I agian requested please go through the matter and necessary arrangement made immeiaely to dilver the cylender ASAP..

I have booked the LPG on 15th feb 2012 and yet the cylinder isnot delivered, i am calling at agency but noone is responding the calls, both cylinders has been consumed and now we are facing a lot of problem in cooking. I am Amol Thakur, one of LPG gas domestic use consumer(consumer no.69225),using Indan gas and agency is M/s Sridhar Gas

agency,Alandur,Chennai(Taminadu).I believe there is some malpractise in gas cylinder delivery.

Recently I booked my cylinder on 17 feb 2012 with booking reference number 286241.

On 18 feb cash memo no 4678 was issued.Since there was no delivery for a month i went and enquired with agency

officials and it was told that it will be delivered same day evening or next day.

But gas cylinder not delivered so far as on date 14 April 2012,almost two months over.So its humble request to

look into the matter.For your information if you will visit at agency you will find lots of cunsumer are like me

are strugling to get gas cylinder.

WE HAVE BOOKED THE GAS SINCE 21 DAYS AND WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE GAS. THIS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED BEING THE CUSTOMER. THEY DO NOT ENTERTAIN US AND STATE THAT THERE IS SHORTAGE OF GAS. i REQUEST THAT PROPER ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN AND SHOULD NOT BE REPEATED IN FUTURE COURSE. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO KNOW

Indane LPG — non-delivery of Cylinder

My Gas Connection No. 10477 is with M/s Nairs Gas Agency, Vikas Puri whose contact number is[protected]. I have booked cylender on 12th June on centralised contact No. [protected] under complaint No. 8329037 dtd 12.06.12. After not receiving the gas I again contacted the number in which I have booked the cylender on 20.06.12 and got information that the cylender has already been delivered on 16.06.12 but delivered to whom is suspence. Now I m regularly contacting the agency every time they are assuring for delivery within 1 or 2 days but still after about 20 days I have not received the gas.

For your information I have also complaint to Consumer Court vide registration number 537431 dated 28.06.12 as I am facing lot of problems due to the negligence of this agency. More over If we dial the agency's contact number right from morning to evening only then, after the efforts of 2-3 days we can contact them.

Kindly do the needful. I request not to give me the mail that my complaint is sent forward for action. All my problems due to this - the Nairs Gas or Indian Oil will be responsible.
