Indane Gas — delay refill of Gas

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am customer of indane gas my conumer No.32010 Kanpur Gas & Allied agency, The Mall, Kanpur.Dist. and their telephone no.[protected]. I have booked for refill on 18.03.2009 but till now they have not supplied a refill. at the time of booking they were told me to send refill in 8 days but 21 days over but not send a refill till now and also they were not giving a proper reply. Booking for refill also they will book for refill 21 days after sending the cylinder and 15 dasy to supply the refill totally the customer has to receive refill in 40 days. so i am requesting you to Book my complaint as well take some strict action on that agency.

Indane Gas — Delay for Gas Refilling

Dear Sir,

I am staying in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This is to put to your notice that I have been facing the problem of refilling my gas cylinder every time I book it. As per the rules laid down for the dealers I hope that the refill should be made within 2 days from the day of booking, but still nothing is being done even after days beyond the limit. I hope to see some positive action from your end at the earliest.

I booked through telephone no 1260 of inden gas service on 25.08.09 and get serial no 3 . but not yet get refill cylynder till date. so i bookd again on 21.09.09 and get sirial no 1.

so what about sirial no 3 i dont have any cylynder .

we have refilling problem since last so many days. distributor made rule to go for booking after 21 days.he speaks very arrogantly. everytimes for single refilling we went 5-6 times.sir since last three days we r making food on oven. i am requesting u, please do needful

My name is jagmohan and i live in Najafgarh. I have cylinders of Indane gas and my booking office is Shanti gas in Palam Colony. i have booked the cylinder for refill last week but nobody from their office has come uptill now. the Phones lines always kept busy when we try to complain again through phone. So please sir help us out as we in big problem. We have to eat the food of Restaurants which is not good for our health..
Please sir take a rapid step to make us free from diseases.

we are consumer for gas at vadodara gujarat.since 6 months the gas connection stopped and asking for nomination formalities . sothat we already given all document affidevit but your dealer yaju inden not making formalities & without any reason stopped delivery for bottle its very dificult to convince this people now what reason these is become delay .my father expired and i given death certificate, affidevit pl. ensure the complition and start the service immediate . to stop an essential needs is an indian offence.

I HAVE BOOK MY INDANE GAS ON 5 FEB 2011 VIA IVR. MY INDANE GAS AGENCY NAME IS FLAME CENTER, SOUTH PATEL NAGAR MARKET NEW DELHI .MY CONSUMER NO IS 12962. BUT AFTER THE TWO WEEK REFILL IS NOT DELIVER TO ME PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION ON THIS COMPLAINT.

More than 25 days booking refill gas i had not received any message from the Indane Gas. I am very much disappointed. Please take steps to deliver the refill gas in 3 days.
