I have booked my gas on 11/11/09 but till 16/11/09,I have not received the refilled cylinder.Last time also they have cancelled my booking without sending the gas.Details are as follows-

SIR MY SELF IS GIRISH i am the customer of the jahangirabad gas services, MY CONSUMER NO IS J-102586 SIR I AM VERY FED UP WITH INDANE GAS AGENCY THEY DELIVER MY BOOKING IN 40 AND 50 DAYS EVEN THEY CANT COME TO HOME FOR DELIVERY I HAVE TO GO TO THE AGENCY AND MY SELF PICK FROM THERE AND THEY BEHAVE LIKE A MONARCH BLACK MARKETING IS GROWING BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS BECAUSE OF THEIR SUPPORT FOR THEM THEY DELIVER CYLINDER WHEN I HAVE TO GO ON TO THEM AND URGE THEM SIR PLEASE STOP BLACK MARKETING AND HELP CUSTOMERS

we have booked indian gas for refilling on dated 20/01/2012 but till date we are not getting gas our consumer no 9419

This is Sachin Goswami from Jahangirabad. There is a single gas agency in this area Jahangirabad (Bulandshahr) 202394.
So all Worker is own high perform. They misbehaves with customer and not full support them.
Dear Team now a new system has been launch in there agency that gas cylender will be booked by internet only, not booked on agency. Before few days it was possible on phone. But now a days also it is not possible. Jahangirabad is not a big city there is a town and some person is not so rich that he can afford net charge for gas booking every time. All customer is suffer during this.
So i request you please resolve this problem as you can do that all customer can booked own cylender on Gas agency or Phone and take own delivery on time.
