sir/madam My mother is a subscriber of indane L.P.G gas and her service/booking no is 8j08643 and her name is somkali .our distributor is Sahaj enterprises(indae l.p.g gas distributor ) and address is 256/3 Gobindpuri kalkaji new delhi-110019, tel.[protected], 26213493. I am Rajneesh kumar jainth s/o somkali this mail is sending behalf of me. On 28th jul, 08 I want to our L.P.G distributor office, there was one employee. I asked him regarding change my gas agency at another place .he told me in rude manner, it is not possible, I can not do anything like you foolish customer. After that I asked could you please provide me gas agency address of nearest of my house. He straightly said to me in angry manner, I do not know anything .I again asked where should I contact for this matter. He stood up and slapped on my face and he threw me outside the office in front of other customers and his staff members. When I asked his name. he did not tell his name. So I want that cancel the licence and distributorship of sahaj Enterprise(indane L.P.G distributor) immediately. I want a positive response within 24hrs.if Indian oil company will not do anything for their customer.I will have to go consumer court. I have complain of Vasno gas service, RURA kanpur dehat to responsible officer of IOC but there is no action I think everybody involve in black marketing alongwith IOC officers.Here I have attached all mail whatever I have sent to IOC officer,

Hi sir,

After complaing this mail the behavior of owner(Naresh Mangal)was some changed but now a days he is following same so we have alots of trouble which is created by owner. one thing May I know after howmany days customer get next supply (21 days or 40 days) what is the exact duration please let me know because of he delivered next supply of LPG to customer after 40 days.

We are going to complain of his in vigilance department of Indian oil.
