Indane Gas - They pinted on there deivery slip for and leakage call 24 hours [protected] i tried so many times but its switched off. Who will be responsible if something go wrong due to gas leakage secondly the gas service Anantji Gas services Jhandewalan is so busy they dont even pick the phone. i have seen from my eyes they dont pick the phone.

My booking is one month over.But till I have not receive any cylinder from my local dealer in Raniganj ( Sisir Indane gas, Girjapara, Raniganj, Burdwan, (W.B.) ).It happend frequently, month after month.I have complaine in the supply office many time.But they would not respond me.

Indane LPG — not suppllying gas
i am staying at shoranur.my consumer number 29547.my phone number is [protected]. i have lpg connection with Ameen gas agency of indane. i have two gas cylinders . i got last cylinder on november 30 th . i have booked on 9th still today they are not supplying gas my both cylinders are now empty yes i agree with this complaint, coz this happened regularly n refill is not delivered in time by this dealer.

To be more surprising, the service is very poor and during the whole day the telephone is intentionally kept busy. Other telephone is out of service.
Pl improve the service and deliver the gas at the earliest.

I want to know whether IOC has any guidelines on delivery of lpg only through the agency staff, because for the past 1 year I go get lpg from the agency, today I called up, the agency staff s reply was that there is a guideline by IOC to deliver lpg only through their staff.We customers are not aware of such .SIR please give me a reply .(MY DISTRIBUTOR IS SHIVA AGENCY KOLLAM CONSUMER NO.IS 122 )
Also want to know whether there is any regular YEARLY INSPECTION from the part of the agency which charges RS 40 as MANDATORY INSPECTION CHARGE

I am a LPG Indane customer with Rohini Enterprises, Naharpur Sec-7 Rohini Delhi-110085 and my consumer Number is 15762. I have booked for a refill on 03.02.2010 through Tomo Gas. Even though it is nearing 5-6 days, I did not get my refill from Indane (Indian Oil Corporation) dealer. Even this month I have booked for a refill on 29.01.2010 but they did not give me booking no afterthat i again book my gas through Tomo gas. but I did not get my refill today ie 05.02.2010 from Indane (IOC) dealer. I went to dealer two times but every time they told me we will send it tomorrow. This is happening from last few months. I saw many times that Delivery Man of Rohini Enterprises came and sold the cylinders to nearby shop.
I request IOCL to conduct audit into the records of the dealer and if necessary appoint one more dealer to regulate the supply and minimize the customer's avoidable grievances. Kindly refill my gas as soon as possible.

Indane LPG — non supply of LPG before 6 days booking
Dear Sir,I Kartar singh, the user of indane gas bearing coustomer no. 132686, Sv no. -594, residing at c-35 A, Sanjay ecclave,Uttam Nagar want to complaint that i have booked LPG o dated 12/03/2010 at Trimurti Gas Services , Shop No.31, J-Block, local Shopping Centre, Vikas Puri , New Delhi-18, but till date (19/03/2010) Ie 6 days has been passed, but till i have not recieved LPG reffil . As we face this problem many times .when the visit in service station they said tommorow we 'll send refill, but all in vain, Actually they give refill to their knownto , their relatives first.
Sir, i request you please take action against the culprits.
please do the need ful .We can't afford LPG from outside its too costly .

since 09th faburbary2010, over phone deseperately continously (atleast 50 times)for booking the gas. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them.today date19/03/2010 friday.i have still not receive my gas cylander.

Indane LPG — Problems in supply
Sir,I am a consumer of Indane Lpg . (Consumer no : 14195 , Agency - "Amar Jyothi "Indane agency , Kothamangalam , Ernakulam . We are facing problems with this agency . They are not issuing the gas on time & that disturbs our daily life . When we make a call to them they simply says that it will come on tomorrow , but it wont .
Eventhough our address is known to them , they wont come to us for issuing the cylider .Therefore we have to keep the empty cylider outside of our gate in the morning till 6PM on every day & have to take back after that . We are doing the same thing for the past 1 month . We cannot leave the residence because of this issue . One more thing is that , they are not issuing any bill against the supply even after our request .
So kindly take necessary actions to address this concern .

IF YOU NOT PAID THE NEW RATE I CAN NOT DELEVERY THE GAS CYLENDER TO YOU AND HE GET NEW CHARGES,

Indane LPG — delayed supply
i am the indane customer, i having the single cylinder, my consumer no is 11289 i had booked the cy. on 17.04.2010 but not yet recieved the cy. the agencies said waiting for another one or two weeks. but that peoples are selling more cost (Rs.600)/cylinder. so, what is the meaning of service on indane, please take the necessary action to the concern agency.Regards

there is a great delay in the delivery of cylinders. the cylinder is to be delivered within 21 days but here the delivery is after 40 days and at a price of Rs. 370 instead of rated price of Rs. 346.
my consumer no. is 3106 and 7688. the service provider is bilaspur gas service located in BILASPUR, RAMPUR (U.P.). kindly look into the matter and plz provide me with the complaint no. also.
