[Resolved]  Indane LPG — non supply of indane LPG

It is deeply regretted that inspite of repeated request and personal approach the agency is not delivering the LPG cylinder booked for more than one and half months inspite of sufficient stock. On querry it was learnt that due to vehicle problem running on the route they are finding trouble to load the LPG on that route. It seems that when then vehicle owner agrees then only they will be in a position to supply. Such foul play is on going at Verma Gas Agency paravur kollam, kerala. Kindly please advise me in this regard as i possess only single connection cylinder and such an act is not at all desirable.

Raghavendra Enterprises — Non-supply of LPG refill

Sir,
I booked for refill LPG cylinder (Consumer No.19646) through the IVRS over my mobile no.[protected] on 9th June 2011(Booking reference No.231456). Cash memo was generated (10898) on 23.6.2011 and the message said we will receive the refill shortly. However, on 29.6.2011 i received a message saying that the refill booking was cancelled. When i contacted the Agency (Raghavendra Enterprises, Avadi) they said due to bad condition of road the refill would not have been supplied and asked me to book once again. Whereas my neighbour was supplied with the cylinder. I once again booked for refill (Booking no.243512) on 30.6.2011. I received message saying cash memo 17757 generated and cylinder will be supplied shortly on the same day. In between i once again contacted the Agency staff. They promised to send the cylinder early. But till date (6.7.2011) i am yet to receive my refill cylinder. Kindly do needful.

Today (6.7.2011) at last the refill was supplied. However, the bill amount was Rs.404 instead of Rs.389 as the State Govt. of Tamil Nadu has reduced the Excise Tax by 4%.

Indane LPG — Gas Leakage

Sir,
I am an LPG consumer and my consumer no. is 5924. Recently 15 days before I have been delivered a full LPG cylinder from Lacal Gas Distributor(Shaheed Kulbinder Gas Ageny,Dadahu).After one day of delivery, I felt that there is smell in my room seems slow gas leaking and then I have complaint the problem several times orally by representing myself there to Shaheed KulbinderSingh Gas Agency(Local distributor of Dadahu). Then, I have also called Mr. Rajat of Indian Oil Ltd.,Shimla on the tel.no.[protected] two times about my problem. But till date no person has attended the complain. This problem is getting me tensed and may cause severe risk of fire in house.
Therfore I request you to take necessary action in this regard and penalty may please be imposed to the guilty.

Indane LPG — agency is booking cylinder after 21 days from delivery while they make delevery without time limit sometimes it could be 30 days.

our inden gas agency holder (robertsganj gas agency) is booking cylender after 21 days of delevery .while he is not giving door delevery.delevery date could be 7 to 45 days from booking.i want to know does inden makes rules only for booking not for delevery? how many days can spent by a cylender.please make a action against it and also inform me.

I am having double cylinder, I got my supply of LPG on 23/11/2011, when i asked the agency to book my next cylinder, their answer was it will be booked after 21 days of supply of previous cylinder, it means they will book my gas on 14Th Dec 2011 and they will supply after 15 days of booking by this arithmetic I will get my gas on 29Th Dec2011, we are 5 member in the family, how it is possible to pull on with sort of supply of gas in this winter season, is it a right way of supply of LPG by your agency or he is running agency by his own rules?

I HAVE RECEIVED SMS MSG ON 17.02.2012 THAT CASH MEMO NO 10505 GENERATED AND IT WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY. TILL DATE (ie EVEN AFTER 6 DAYS) IT IS NOT RELEASED. ON ENQUIRY WITH DEALER, HE IS TALKING VERY RUDELY AND IT WILL BE SENT TODAY. EVERYDAY HE IS SAYING THE SAME. PLEASE TREAT IT AS MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST HIM. Amar gas agency — delay in LPG supply

There is always delay in supply of LPG cylinders . Even after booking done 5 days ago , there is no supply of refilled cylinder.Where as it is written at the back of the receipt that the order of refilled cylinder will be fulfilled within 24 hours.Every time there is delay in supply,even after reminding the dealer outlet twice on the fifth day.This creates lot of nuisance and psycological disturbance.
You are requested to look into the matter .we are looking forward to your response.
THIS IS TRUE! VARMA GAS AGENCY PARAVUR KOLLAM MAY BE BLACK MARKETING THE CYLINDERS AFTER REFUSING THE CYLINDERS TO THE GENUINE CONSUMERS. AFTER BOOKING A REFILL I COULD HAVE TO WAIT 46 TO 50 DAYS TO GET IT, BUT SOME OF MY NEIGHBOURS ARE GETTING WITHIN ONE MONTH PERIOD OF BOOKING TIME BY PAYING EXTRA MONEY TO THE DRIVERS AND SALES MAN WHO BRING THE CYLINDERS. I CAN QUOTE ONE PARTICULAR DRIVER NAMED RAJENDRAN IS ONE OF THE WORST WHO OPENLY DEMANDS EXTRA MONEY. ONE WHO PAYS NO EXTRA MONEY WONT GET THE CYLINDER IN TIME. THE GAS AGENCY KNOWS THIS WELL BUT NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THESE FELLOWS. AND THERE IS NO POINT IN COMPLAINING TO THE FIELD OFFICER. HE IS ANOTHER . I am having INDANE LPG Connection from M/s. Arya Gas Service, Mukerji Nagar, Delhi-110009. My Consumer number is 7071. The Online Refill booking is not being accepted by the Central Booking No. [protected] of INDANE service.

I had booked the complaint for the same vide complaint no. 792769, but fault is still existing.
