Indane LPG — Delay in booking/ Supply of LPG

Sir,
I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family woth consumer no 5196 with dealer M/S Golden Gas Service, Palam Vihar gurgaon. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all the phone nos of the gas agency are kept most of the time busy and if the ring goes, noone attends the phone in one or two attempts. Whenever we personaly go to the agency for booking we are told to come after 21 days of the previous booking and after that it takes more than 10 days to get the delivery of the gas cylinder. Please clarify whether there is any standard norms for not booking a refil cylinder before 21 days of the previous booking? Please help to ensure the smooth supply of LPG.

I ahve gas connection of Indane company for my family with consumer no 22445 with dealer M/S B.R. Gas Lingampally Hyderabad. It is very difficult to book the for refil gas cylinder first of all agency has only one phone number. Most of the times it keeps busy and when ever there is a ring no one attends to it. On very next movement on calling once again it gives again busy tone. I think the agency deliberately delaying the booking by not answering the phone calls.
Please do the needful at the earliest.

I agree with it and thank to the person for bring the probelm to the notice.

Raj Flame Gas Agency, Mohan Garden Uttam Nagar is not supplying LPG cyclander on time to the consumer.

They arenot booking gas on telphone.

Consumer are compelled to stand in long queu in scorching sun and rain in open for booking,

They also not entertain the booking of centralized booking No. 1260 given by itself.

The LPG cyclander is black marketed by some persons in the locality and there must have hand of the Raj Flame Gas Agency people in this act, otherwise how it possible to spare large number of LPG cylander in black market.

The authroties concerned for taking action against the such agency may please see in the matter and take necessary action against the Raj Flame Gas Agency and ease the problem of the consumers.

i boocked the lpg refillgas on 17th oct 2008.from m/s the parktown co-operative wholesale stores ltd.1.davidson street. broadway. chennai.600001.phone no. 23457173/23457174. my consumer no. 21104, first of all its very difficult to get the number due to engege the line.after several reminders always i got the reply that today it will come.it happens almost on every filling .and some time at the time of delivery the bill will be back dated about 6 or 7 days. when we ask the delivery boy says pls dont inform to office . hence i request u to pls take some action against them.or advise me to what to do. thanking you.

not providing proper delivery of Lpg supply.
On booking of cylinders they simply reply to give delivery in 10-12 days.kindly advise after booking lpg how much time is taken by local dealer.

I am a consumer of LPG through M/S Unicorn Supply Agency at Naliapool, Dibrugarh, for a long period. Last refilled LPG cylinder was supplied on: 16/03/2009 and I have booked for next refill cylinder on:07042009. But, till date no refilled cylinder is supplied to me and I'm facing immense problem for non-availability of LPG.

I would like to lodge my complain for delay in supply of LPG refill and would like to request you to please improve upon the service of IOC marketing Divn. through agenct, to maintain the goodwill of the company.

I am a consumer of Sandhan Gas Agency, Guwahati ( Branch at Itabhata, Dhirenpara) my consumer No. is 0558. On 30.3.09 one LPG cylinder was supplied to me last. Both of my cylinders has become empty as my family consumes one cylinder within 20/25 days. please help to regularise the LPG supply promptly to metigate the sufferings of the people.

Sarvatra Gas Agency Brahma Nagar Kanpur. The Supply Schedule at present ranges from 45-60 days from the date of booking and next booking date is not earlier than 21 days after the previous supply. How a consumer can survive. More than 40 days have passed since the last booking and inspite of pursuing the owner of the agency, who assures every time that the home delivery will reach within 1-2 days but all in vain. On the occasion of this Holi, I could not get the refill despite his assurance.

I and my wife are both senior citizen and we require minimum 2-cylinders per month which is not available from your side for the last two to three months which ultimately affects our normal life.

you are requested to take appropriate action to enable us to get 2-cylinders per month for proper maintaining our life style.

They have delaying supply on every booking. my last booking date is 3/8/12 . till date my cylinder is not delivered . Booking for cylinder they insist for 21 days after supply of new cylinder . so overall 2 months they taken delivery of a cylinder . please check the thing and advice the dealer sir.
